Responsabilità

Principali mansioni:

• Pianificazione e Coordinamento: Organizzare le attività di cantiere, ottimizzando risorse e tempistiche in sinergia con la Direzione, i Capo Cantieri, gli assistenti e il team tecnico/operativo.
• Gestione Tecnica: Supervisionare l’esecuzione delle opere, assicurando il rispetto dei progetti e delle normative di settore, controllo, pianificazione dei progetti e delle attività coordinando fornitori e subappaltatori.
• Controllo Economico: Monitorare i costi e i ricavi delle commesse, redigendo report economici periodici, budget di offerte e di commessa, cronoprogramma temporale e finanziario per progetto e/o commessa.
• Relazione con i Clienti e Fornitori: Mantenere un rapporto diretto con i clienti, fornitori e subappaltatori, gestendo eventuali varianti, richieste aggiuntive e garantendo la loro soddisfazione.
