This position involves providing legal counsel on various aspects of contract law, fiscal law, and regulations related to government contracting and military operations.

1. Offer advice on contract law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation, and related legal matters.
2. Provide legal opinions on contractual rights, obligations, and fiscal law issues.
3. Assist commanders and staff with legal analysis on authority for commitments and expenditures of funds.
4. Review requirement justifications and fiscal plans for government contracts.

CTO - Chief Technology Officer (Direttore Tecnico e Responsabile Tecnico DM 37 / 08) , che, a diretto riporto del Direttore Operations si occupi della direzione tecnica di impianti fotovoltaici utility scale e della gestione del processo di costruzione degli impianti da fonti rinnovabili (fotovoltaico) fino alle fasi di commissioning coordinando e supportando il team interno.

Sarai il punto di riferimento del cliente nella fase di progettazione e il punto di contatto con il team engineering. Gestendo le commesse tecniche in ambito rinnovabili, dovrai occuparti della pianificazione, supervisione dei progetti esecutivi in MT e AT degli impianti coordinamento dei consulenti / fornitori di servizi esterni. Dovrai, inoltre, coordinare la gestione documentale con Distributori Locali e del Gestore di Rete Nazionale. Insieme al tuo team supporterai il reparto sales fin dalle attività di negoziazione dei contatti (parte tecnica) e successivamente i Project Manager per l'avvio dei lavori EPC.

Competenze ed esperienza : Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica, Energetica, Ambientale o con cultura equivalente; Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel settore fotovoltaico utility scale come CTO o Project Engineer in realtà EPC Contractor o società specializzate nel settore development; Ottima conoscenza di software di settore (es. PVsyst, PVcase, ecc.) e software GIS; Ottimo utilizzo di Autocad e gli altri applicativi specialistici; Conoscenza di fornitori principali di settore; Conoscenza delle normative elettriche, delle normative relative alla direttiva macchine ed alla sicurezza degli impianti; Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office; Conoscenza delle procedure di pre-commissioning e commissioning di impianti solari su larga scala; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
