Your Role
As Head of Business Growth , you will lead the identification, validation, and scaling of new business opportunities—primarily in B2C but with openness to strategic B2B initiatives. You will combine a visionary mindset with hands-on execution , building innovation pipelines and also contributing to commercial results through partnerships and client development.
You will design and test scalable, tech-enabled business models and support go-to-market execution. You will work across functions—especially product, content, sales, and marketing—and align closely with senior leadership to drive growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of business growth opportunities aligned with Sanoma Learning Italy’s strategy
- Identify new market trends and opportunities via market research and user insight
- Lead discovery, validation, and business modeling using design thinking and customer co-creation
- Support B2C and selected B2B commercial opportunities : pitch development, client relationships, negotiation
- Lead MVP and prototype development with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to the creation of business cases and present to senior leadership for prioritization
- Coordinate go-to-market activities and monitor early-stage KPIs and commercial traction
- Leverage AI, data, and emerging technology to enhance offerings
- Ensure structured communication with internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback loops
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategic direction
- Represent the company in client discussions and external opportunities when needed

to support one of our core products, the Beefree SDK. The Beefree SDK is our embeddable drag-and-drop content editor that is already part of hundreds of SaaS applications today–and we’re hoping that you can help us expand our footprint even further.
About the role We’re looking for a strategic, curious, and highly collaborative Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our SDK product. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales — shaping messaging, driving launches, and connecting the dots between what we build and the value our customers experience. The right candidate is an entrepreneurial PMM generalist with a passion for communicating with technical audiences (think developers, product owners, and technical leadership) and earning their trust. This role goes beyond ticking boxes on a launch checklist. You’ll shape the bigger story–how our features work together to solve real problems, how we’re different from the market, and why that matters to the people we serve–and help our customer-facing teams articulate that story with confidence.

Responsabilità
- Assistere il Direttore Sanitario nella gestione dei pazienti.
- Scegliere la metodica dialitica idonea, i dispositivi adeguati e personalizzare il trattamento in base allo stato del paziente.
- Scegliere la terapia assicurando al paziente cure di alto livello.
- Seguire tutte le situazioni e le questioni mediche che gli vengano sottoposte o che incontra nel prestare la sua opera e, quando si renda necessario, avvalersi di consulenze o procedere al trasferimento del paziente in altre strutture sanitarie.
- Collaborare con gli infermieri durante l’attacco e lo stacco del paziente nell’attività di sala dialisi.
- Effettuare il riesame critico di tutti i referti o delle attività sanitarie della struttura garantendo la qualità e la corrispondenza alle linee guida e alle norme applicabili.
- Effettuare gli accertamenti medici necessari all’accettazione dei pazienti e completare le formalità previste dal punto di vista sanitario.
- Preparare, compilare e aggiornare le cartelle cliniche e le registrazioni di specifico ambito medico – sanitario per ogni paziente in cura.
Requisiti
- Laurea in medicina e specializzazione in nefrologia
- Iscrizione albo professionale
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese rappresenta un plus
