Descrizione Del Lavoro
Overview
Regional Sales Director – Ingredient-Level (Human or Animal Health)
Location: Fully remote – Europe
Travel: ~50% – includes international client visits and major trade shows
Compensation: Reflecting seniority and scope – strong base + uncapped margin-based commission
Own your territory. Lead the sale. Earn what you’re worth.
This is a senior-level sales role with real ownership, real autonomy, and real earning potential.
You’ll lead commercial growth across either the Human Health / OTC or Animal Health portfolio - owning your territory, shaping your strategy, and selling into major multinational accounts.
There’s a strong package on offer - but more than that, this is a role where your performance drives outcomes.
What’s in it for you
- Strong base salary reflecting seniority and scope
- Uncapped commission tied to gross margin — no cap, no ceiling
- Top performers are tracking $500K+ in commission alone
- Remote-based with full control of your region
- Full benefits including healthcare, retirement, and all travel covered (region-specific)
- AI-powered expense tools — no admin, no red tape
- Direct access to leadership — fewer than 50 people globally
- Backed to perform — dedicated teams handle logistics, regulatory, and delivery
- Credibility with global clients — trusted by major brands across pharma, OTC, and animal health
Why this business
This is a respected global supplier of APIs, intermediates, and nutrition ingredients — known for regulatory strength, quality delivery, and long-term partnerships.
They operate lean, move fast, and back their people. With fewer than 50 people worldwide, strong performers are trusted to lead, heard at the top table, and rewarded when they deliver.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead B2B ingredient sales across your assigned region (Europe)
- Manage and grow a portfolio of $100K+ / month accounts
- Sell into multinational Human or Animal Health clients
- Deliver tailored solutions through collaboration with internal sourcing and regulatory teams
- Represent the brand at major international trade shows (CPhI, Vitafoods, DCAT)
What You’ll Bring
- A proven track record in ingredient-level sales to multinational clients
- Experience with aligned products (e.g., Trizepatide, APAP, Benzocaine, Lincomycin)
- Confidence in regulated sales environments (FDA / EMA / GMP)
- Clear examples of volumes sold and named accounts owned
Who This Suits
You’ve led ingredient sales in regulated markets and know how to navigate complex buyers. But you don’t just want a bigger number - you want more control over how you deliver it.
You’re done with slow decisions and internal firefighting. What you want now is ownership of your region, the freedom to sell without friction, and the confidence that what you’re offering truly stacks up.
This is a role where you’re trusted to lead, backed to deliver, and rewarded when you do.

Descrizione Del Lavoro
Overview
Join AirAdvisor – Innovate, Lead, and Make an Impact
About Us
At AirAdvisor, we are dedicated to ensuring air travelers receive the compensation they are entitled to for flight disruptions. Whether it’s a delay, cancellation, missed connection, or an airline-related issue like overbooking. In June 2025, we launched a new service for baggage claims for lost, delayed, and/or destroyed luggage. We are present in the EU, UK, and other international markets, focusing on protecting air passenger rights globally. We have successfully processed over 500,000 claims for clients from 221 countries, learning a 4.7-star rating from 25,550+ reviews. Currently operating in 21 languages (with 9 more forthcoming this year), AirAdvisor is an ambitious and fast-growing startup with a clear vision for international expansion, and we plan to reach 1 million claims by the end of 2026.
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Litigation Lawyer specializing in consumer flight claims (typically via small claims procedure) to lead in-court collections, owning or wanting to open their own boutique Legal Firm in Italy. Pre-court collections are managed by a team of paralegals. You will be responsible for filing batches of court cases to collect compensation and/or reimbursement of Out-of-Pocket Expenses (OPE) incurred by passengers and/or recover ticket refunds. AirAdvisor currently handles three types of airline claims: EU261 compensation for flight delays, cancellations, and denied boarding, and three types of baggage claims under the Montreal Convention: lost, delayed, and/or destroyed luggage.
If the law or a judge decides the case unfairly, we would consider escalating this to change the law, if feasible. There may be PR opportunities regarding court victories and essential legal issues to bring to the spotlight for public awareness. This is an excellent opportunity for high performers who can self-perform, have strong litigation experience, and have a passion for advocating consumer rights in the airline industry.
The candidate must be free from conflicts of interest, aka be free to litigate claims against different airlines.
Requirements :
- A valid Attorney at Law license in Italy and professional liability insurance.
- A law degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience with small claims, consumer rights, or aviation law is a plus, but is not required.
- Knowledge of relevant consumer protection laws and aviation regulations is a plus, but is not required.
- Proven track record of success in in-court collection.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess case merits, conduct legal research, and develop effective legal strategies.
- Ability to manage a caseload, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and track statute of limitations.
- Experience in automating and standardizing claims management processes to scale up quickly.
Responsibilities :
- Act as the legal representative of AirAdvisor in Italy, handling all legal matters and claims filed within the jurisdiction. If setting up a law firm in Italy were feasible, you would be expected to assist in this matter, including, but not limited to, corporate structuring, registering Mr. Anton Radchenko on the official list of foreign legal counsels in Italy, and other formalities.
- Pre-court collections and out-of-court settlements.
- Prepare and file batches of approx. 200+ legal new claims monthly in Italian courts against various airlines for the purpose of recovering: a) Compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004 and/or Turkish SHY Regulation for flight delays, cancellations, and denied boarding; b) Reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses incurred by passengers under EU261/2004, and/or the Montreal Convention; c) Ticket refunds owed to passengers under applicable legal frameworks; d) Handle baggage-related claims, including cases of delayed, damaged, or lost luggage, in accordance with the provisions of the Montreal Convention and/or Warsaw Convention.
- Respond comprehensively and assertively to airline legal defences, including substantive arguments as well as procedural and jurisdictional challenges.
- Lead the enforcement of court judgments, including initiating enforcement proceedings and coordinating with bailiffs or enforcement authorities when necessary.
- Engage in court-led settlement negotiations, and where applicable, represent AirAdvisor’s interests in securing favorable in-court settlements.
- Maintain complete and accurate legal case files, ensuring all work complies with Italian legal ethics, data protection regulations, and professional standards. Conduct thorough legal research and comparative analysis to compile best practices for managing recurring legal issues in airline and consumer rights litigation.
- Stay informed about developments in consumer protection law, aviation regulations, EU regulations, and judicial precedents in order to provide updated, authoritative legal advice and representation.
- Where applicable, and if a court decision is rendered unjustly, pursue legal remedies, including appeals, and advocate for legislative changes, if strategically and procedurally feasible.
- Support the optimization and automation of claims management workflows, leveraging legal technology solutions, including AI-based tools, to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Identify and propose new civil claims business opportunities that are viable under Italian law and offer low-value, high-volume litigation potential. Areas may include, but are not limited to: a) Bank and financial disputes, Labour law-related claims, etc.; b) Conduct cross-jurisdictional legal research, primarily across EU and UK markets, to identify relevant precedents and advanced practices that may be adapted for use in Italy in more complex claim scenarios.
- Represent AirAdvisor in local media, including giving interviews to press outlets, television broadcasters, and podcast programs. Coordinate with AirAdvisor’s PR Manager to take advantage of public relations opportunities surrounding landmark court rulings or critical legal developments, with the goal of enhancing public awareness of consumer rights.
- Review and vet content as needed, aka serve as in-country content reviewer of record to help build local trust and boost authority.
- Advocate for passenger and consumer rights within the airline and travel industry, promoting fair treatment and legal protection for air travellers.
Soft skills :
- Professional, ambitious, and open to testing new AI optimization solutions and new approaches to the claims management process.
- Self-aware, honest, and able to take responsibility for mistakes while driving continuous improvement.
- Result-oriented, with a proven ability to deliver fast and make a significant impact on business.
- A results-driven approach, demonstrating initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities.
- Independent, able to act as a universal player, capable of working independently without constant supervision.
- Devotion, eager to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction, with a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve his goals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
We offer :
- Remote-first culture with flexible start and end times. Your working hours will be easily registered in our time-tracking application, so you will have the flexibility to adjust your working day according to your needs and capacities.
- Paid Time Off & Public Holidays – because work-life balance matters.
