La risorsa, in possesso di qualifica di direzione tecnica, gestirà in autonomia hammam/spa di circa 70 m². La risorsa selezionata sarà responsabile della gestione tecnica e organizzativa del centro, garantendo la qualità dei trattamenti, la sicurezza e il rispetto delle normative.

Requisiti

La risorsa deve aver maturato un minimo di esperienza in spa e/o strutture similari. Deve essere in possesso di qualifica di direzione tecnica. Completano il profilo buone capacità dialettiche e capacità di lavorare in autonomia.

Responsabilità

Sarà tuo compito gestire lo stand e mantenerne l’ordine in modo da accogliere la clientela con la professionalità che ci rispecchia. Il cliente dovrà trovare una persona propositiva, solare ed empatica che possa spiegare in maniera efficiente i progetti e le attività di cui ci occupiamo.

Il profilo ricercato, inserito nel contesto organizzativo del team Presidio Adempimenti Privacy e Contratti, fornirà supporto alle aree di business di UnipolTech nella predisposizione/revisione dei contratti di fornitura e commerciali; sarà inoltre il riferimento per la Direzione nei rapporti con le strutture interne e con quelle del Gruppo Unipol per ogni tematica di natura legale e privacy.

In particolare, sarà incaricato di:

Responsibilities
  • Esaminare le offerte commerciali dei fornitori relative all erogazione dei servizi di interesse per UnipolTech per la redazione/revisione della specifica contrattualistica.
  • Raccogliere la documentazione e predisporre la documentazione necessaria alla partecipazione a bandi/gare con la registrazione delle informazioni sui siti dedicati.
  • Supportare la Direzione agendo da focal point nei rapporti tra le aree di business di UnipolTech e le funzioni di Capo Gruppo per materie di natura legale/privacy.
  • Effettuare approfondimenti sulla normativa Privacy e su altri temi di natura legale di impatto per la Società.
Qualifications
  • Laurea in Giurisprudenza ad indirizzo Civilistico, Contrattuale o Societario.
  • Esperienza professionale (almeno 2/3 anni) maturata presso studi legali con approfondimenti su normativa fiscale e tutela del consumatore e nella redazione di contratti commerciali.
  • Conoscenza approfondita del diritto civile e codice degli appalti.
  • Attenzione ai dettagli, ottime capacità organizzative e gestionali.
  • Orientamento al lavoro per obiettivi ed al team building.

Rappresenta un requisito preferenziale per la selezione l’appartenenza alle categorie protette (art° 1 L. 68/99).

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in Incident Management assuring tracking and follow-up of the Customers incidents till their resolution. In this position, you’ll work closely with technical Operation and Service Management teams to provide the best possible service to all EutelsatOneweb Customers, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. Who You Are:

Responsible for supporting customers considered sensitive/strategic defined as Premium customers and coordinate the proper approach and focus on the topic to be followed in the dedicated assistance. He will also support the coordination of the maintenance activities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Survey and constantly improve the EutelsatOneweb internal processes related to Service Operations, with a focus on incidents and maintenances management and internal and external notifications.
  • Survey and assure Customer’s satisfaction in the framework of operational issues
  • Build synergies, mainly with the technical and sales teams, to assure an efficient control of the Customers incidents, with a clear follow-up, ownership, and categorization.

  • Esperienza con almeno una delle principali piattaforme cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
  • Capacità di produrre e analizzare i principali Architectural Deliverable : System Context, Sequence Diagram, Component Diagram, Deployment Diagram;
  • Comprensione dei principi di sicurezza cloud, protezione dati, networking, continuità operativa e ottimizzazione dei costi, con conoscenza delle relative best practice;

Job Overview

We are looking for an Senior Demand Manager with telecommunications expertise to join our IT Demand Management Team in Turin. In this role, you will take ownership of a specific domain and manage the full lifecycle of IT demand, from intake through to prioritization.

In addition to demand portfolio responsibilities, you will also act as a Business Analyst during the early stages of project definition. This means playing a hands-on role in shaping initiatives by gathering requirements, contributing to business case development, and supporting high-level scoping.

Working in an international environment, you’ll serve as a vital link between business units and IT delivery, ensuring that strategic priorities are well understood, structured, and ready for execution.

Who You Are

You are a results-driven and communicative professional who thrives at the intersection of business and IT. With a background in demand management or business analysis, you’re comfortable navigating complex systems and aligning cross-functional teams toward common goals. You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of seeing both the big picture and the fine details. You enjoy being in a key strategic role and are motivated by creating structure and clarity in fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the IT demand pipeline for a specific business domain, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
  • Collect and evaluate new demand requests, validating their strategic alignment, expected benefits, scope, and timing
  • Conduct Business Analyst activities during early-stage project definition, including requirements gathering and initial scoping
  • Organize and facilitate demand intake workshops with IT architects and business leads
  • Maintain demand tracking and documentation in JIRA, ensuring accuracy and transparency across teams
  • Support prioritization and governance processes by preparing decision-making inputs, value assessments, and business cases
  • Collaborate with IT solution architects and delivery teams to assess technical feasibility and resource needs
  • Provide clear, consistent updates on demand status, milestones, and interdependencies to leadership and stakeholders

What You’ll Need

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT demand management, business analysis, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications systems; prior experience with a satellite telecom operator is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and contribute to early-stage project scoping
  • Experience working with cross-functional and international teams in multicultural environments
  • Fluency in English; Italian and/or French are plus
  • Proficiency in demand/project management tools such as JIRA

Where You’ll Work : White City London, UK/ Turin, Italy.

  • Design, Maintain and update physical and virtual servers and infrastructure systems
  • Ensure the continuity of critical production services and support operational excellence

  • Write down technical procedures, configurations and best practices to share with team members
  • Support automation and infrastructure-as-code initiatives using tools like Ansible

What You’ll Need

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Linux system administration
  • Experience with SSL certificate management
  • Advanced skills in Ansible role development
  • Scripting proficiency in Bash and Python
  • Familiarity with MySQL, InfluxDB, Telegraf and Grafana
  • Experience with VMware vSphere 7 cluster administration
  • Windows Server administration knowledge

Optional but Preferred:

  • Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication
  • Familiarity with Apache NiFi
