A day in the life
You’ll be based at one of our operational sites, which allows you to give practical guidance to your team and get a clear vision of what’s happening at your site. This involves collecting data and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also have a chance to create an operational plan to make the site more productive and efficient. That will involve setting up new projects that improve everything from operational processes to equipment maintenance. After safety, the most important part of the role is leading your team and managing their performance and development, including organising additional training.

About the team
Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles ‘last mile’ delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilise creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Our goal is to make our customers’ delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newest concepts, like Amazon Fresh, Prime Now and Amazon Restaurants.

There are two sides to what we do. Our ‘under the roof’ associates process millions of products for dispatch to our delivery teams. Our team is people-focused and supportive, particularly as lots of our people work through the night. We focus mostly on operations, with 24/7 shifts in most of our locations.

Meanwhile, our ‘on the road’ people work with Amazon Flex - a network of delivery contractors. Every year, we continually raise the bar for customer experience with new, innovative delivery services. We look for new ways to overcome industry wide logistics challenges and new ideas to reduce our carbon footprint, supported by a portfolio of cutting-edge vehicles (including Electric Vehicles) and technology to help us do just that.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Relevant experience a part of a maintenance team in an industrial or production environment that handles a variety of complex business processes
• R levant experience in managing people in an engineering team
• R levant experience in liaising and managing relationships between a variety of stakeholders including third-party vendors
• A vanced proficiency in written and spoken English and upper intermediate proficiency in local language

• A d gree in Engineering or another technical field
• A UK Higher National Diploma (HND), Higher National Certificate (HNC), BTEC National Diploma (OND), Ieng, CEng or ILM L4+

About the role

The Product Manager is responsible for development and application of the product line including definition of the product line strategies, new product developments, planning and product launch.

A successful Product Manager will deliver plans for improved quality content, brand consistency (image, messaging and reduced time to market and costs), quicker return on product investment costs, strengthened market position and price positioning and developments. The Product Manager is up-to-speed on new markets and technologies.

In New Product Development, the Product Manager leads the programs in the BU Cranes and ensures multidisciplinary connection with all departments during the project phases. This position drives new projects management, ensures implementation of NPD process on new projects and performs related tasks and activities in close cooperation with the project stakeholders (R&D, Application Eng, Production, Logistics, Quality, After Sales, Finance, Procurement, Sales).

In addition to the Project Manager tasks, the Product Manager takes care of the sales network support by informing on new and existing solutions to enlarge the sales opportunities.

Main responsibilities

Product Management

  • Evaluate market dynamics, new requirements and growing applications.
  • Support sales network by informing on available solutions in the product range to cover market needs and specific applications.
  • Collaborate with the Global Product Manager and BU Cranes VP and Sales organization to drive long-term strategies.

Project Management

  • Lead new products projects development from the idea to the market introduction.
  • Monitor the project timeline and ensure the respect of the project milestones.
  • Support the exchange of information and cross communications within the project team.
  • Support the exchange of competence and procedures in:
    • Design: Bill of Materials, Technical drawings, Technical documents.
    • Quality procedures: Suppliers inspections, Incoming inspections, Assembly line checks, final tests.
    • Manufacturing: Production procedures and work instructions, Assembly tools and best practices.
    • Procurement: Key suppliers, Lead times, Target volumes, target prices.

Requirements

  • Educational Level: Senior Bachelor Level / Experienced Master Level.
  • Professional experience: 4 years of relevant experience.

Di cosa ti occuperai?

L’Assistente di filiale avrà la responsabilità di gestire l’organizzazione dei turni del personale, delle fattura, dei resi e degli ordini e supporto nella gestione di tutte le attività della cassa e dei banchi assegnati. Nello specifico si occuperà di :

organizzazione delle turnazioni;

gestione di ordini, resi, bolle e fatture;

operazioni di cassa;

allestimento del banco vendita e prezzatura dei prodotti;

vendita diretta ed assistenza al cliente.

qualifiche

Sei in possesso di questi requisiti?

pregressa esperienza lavorativa nella vendita e assistenza alla clientela, in particolare nel settore GDO e retail;

ottime doti relazionali e inclinazione al contatto con il pubblico;

predisposizione al lavoro in team;

precisione e affidabilità;

disponibilità immediata e flessibilità a lavorare anche nei giorni festivi e nei weekend.

Tecnico Commerciale – Settore Metalmeccanico

Per conto di una solida azienda metalmeccanica con sede nella provincia di Reggio Emilia, ricerchiamo un/a:

Tecnico Commerciale

Responsabilità principali:

  • Definire la strategia commerciale per una linea di prodotti, in sinergia con uffici tecnici, marketing e vendite
  • Analizzare prezzi e marginalità , contribuendo alla definizione dei listini
  • Identificare i prodotti da promuovere o rilanciare sul mercato
  • Fornire supporto tecnico-commerciale alla rete vendita, anche durante visite a clienti strategici
  • Organizzare sessioni formative sui prodotti, rivolte al team commerciale
  • Coordinare dimostrazioni tecniche e attività di sviluppo business, in Italia e all’estero
  • Raccogliere esigenze del cliente e collaborare con l’ufficio tecnico per lo sviluppo e miglioramento della gamma
  • Supportare la preparazione di offerte complesse e gare d’appalto, garantendo la correttezza tecnica e commerciale delle soluzioni proposte

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Elettrica
  • Almeno 10 anni di esperienza in uffici tecnici e/o in ruoli tecnico-commerciali
  • Competenze consolidate in ambito pricing e gestione delle offerte
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte , sia in Italia che all’estero
  • Spiccate capacità relazionali, problem solving e autonomia operativa
