Responsabilità
  • Composizione e personalizzazione di pacchetti viaggio per clienti individuali e gruppi;
  • Gestione dei rapporti con le strutture alberghiere convenzionate;
  • Raccolta di materiali promozionali (testi e fotografie) per aggiornamento sito web e cataloghi;
  • Collaborazione nella redazione del catalogo turistico e delle offerte stagionali;
  • Organizzazione dei transfer da/per aeroporto e strutture partner;
  • Analisi dei feedback e supporto allo sviluppo di strategie commerciali e di customer care;
  • Supporto operativo al team di assistenza clienti.
Profilo
  • Diploma di scuola superiore e/o formazione specifica nel settore turistico;
  • Esperienza pregressa nel settore turismo, agenzie viaggi o customer service;
  • Ottima conoscenza delle lingue: italiano, tedesco e inglese;
  • Padronanza del pacchetto MS Office; preferibile conoscenza di sistemi CRM (Aves);
  • Spiccate doti comunicative, relazionali e organizzative;
  • Capacità di problem solving, ascolto attivo e gestione dello stress;
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team, spirito d'iniziativa e flessibilità.

TOUR OPERATOR


La risorsa sarà coinvolta nell’organizzazione di viaggi di gruppo , pianificati con largo anticipo.

Si occuperà principalmente di:


  • Pianificazione e organizzazione di itinerari dettagliati e ricchi di attività;
  • Gestione e supervisione delle richieste speciali dei clienti;
  • Coordinamento con i fornitori e gestione degli imprevisti durante tutte le fasi del viaggio;
  • Collaborazione con un team dinamico di 10 persone e gestione di attività simultanee.

La risorsa ideale possiede:


  • Buona conoscenza di italiano e INGLESE livello B2/C1 e di un'altra lingua (tedesco, francese, spagnolo, russo ecc. );
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo dinamico e multitasking ;
  • Predisposizioneal problem-solving ;
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office;


Non è richiesto un titolo di studio specifico, ma si valutano positivamente candidati/e con voglia di imparare e interessati al settore.
