You are :

  • Interact confidently with all stakeholders, from senior leadership to team members
  • Work with leadership to determine methods, procedures, and goals on new assignments
  • Stay on top of how new regulations and technologies affect clients’ business exposures – and ours.

Here is what you need :

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English language
  • Minimum of 3 years (Consultant) / 5 years (Manager) of experience in risk management, compliance and / or fraud prevention areas.
  • Minimum of 3 years (Consultant) / 5 years (Manager) of experience with :
  • Developing or supporting risk management strategies, objectives, processes, policies

  • Developing, maintaining, and continually improving key aspects of risk management programs, such as risk reporting, risk appetite framework, risk identification, assessment & measurement, risk action planning, and / or risk governance
  • Concepts of risk appetite, KRIs, risk factor correlation, risk event decomposition, and cross-risk impact assessment

Los profesionales de Client Financial Management (CFM) dan soporte al control de gestión financiera de proyectos para clientes globales. Buscamos especialistas con italiano para liderar equipos que brindan servicios de control de gestión desde el inicio hasta la finalización del contrato realizando análisis de presupuestos y seguimiento de proyección financiera, conciliación de servicios vs facturación y cobros, incluyendo el monitoreo de variaciones y el seguimiento de discrepancias; brindando asesoramiento para nuestros directivos corporativos y los equipos relacionados con los clientes. Además de estar a cargo de la supervisión y el crecimiento personal y profesional del equipo dentro de nuestra compañía.

Tenemos un equipo completo trabajando diariamente con Client Teams radicados en Italia. Buscamos profesionales con dominio del idioma italiano, ofreciendo también capacitación para su desarrollo.

Entre las tareas diarias se encuentran:

  • Soporte de pricing para nuevos contratos;
  • Asesorar/Supervisar en actividades de forecasting (estimación y proyección de ingresos y gastos);
  • Supervisión y control en la creación y manejo de reportes y análisis de control de gestión;
  • Trabajar con los ejecutivos de venta de un contrato en la coordinación y cumplimiento de los procesos y lineamientos financieros/legales/contable con las herramientas relacionadas a la gestión financiera; Análisis de los resultados financieros para el o los equipos a cargo del proyecto, el o los clientes y las organizaciones internas correspondientes;

  • Coordinación con ejecutivos de cuenta para el armado del plan financiero trimestral y anual de cada cliente. Análisis de variaciones de índices financieros;
  • Supervisar, asesorar y desarrollar a los Analistas en relación con herramientas, políticas y procesos. Asimismo, participar en actividades destinadas a compartir conocimientos, tanto local como internacionalmente;
  • Dar soporte y contribuir a las iniciativas locales de selección de personal para el equipo local.

Requisitos excluyentes:

  • Ser graduado de carreras de Ciencias Económicas
  • Poseer +5 años de experiencia en puestos generales administrativos/contables o de negocios y +3 años de experiencia específica en Control de Gestión, Forecasting, Planificación y/o presupuesto.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar full-time
  • Conocimiento de inglés intermedio/avanzado
  • Conocimiento de italiano intermedio/avanzado
  • Conocimiento de excel avanzado – Manejo de Microsoft Office
