Overview
The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) provides critical Supply Chain, Geospatial, Information and Telecommunications Technologies services and Training to all Secretariat Entities, Peacekeeping and Special Political Missions, Agencies, Funds and Programmes of the UN system worldwide. This position is located in the Supply Chain Service, in support of the Return-Refurbish-Reuse (3R) Program, and reports to the Chief, 3R Program.
Responsibilities- Within delegated authority, the Data Analysis Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:
- Contributes to the preparation of reports based on organizational needs and requirements for reporting and analysis.
- Assists with the collection and analysis of data as well as preparation of data presentations and reports for information sharing, responding to queries, knowledge management, planning and decision making.
- Supports more senior staff in their work on process improvement mechanisms.
- Contributes to the preparation of data sets, being responsible for the acquisition and initial cleaning of data from primary and secondary data systems, and documents data sets used.
- Contributes to the creation and maintenance of databases, contributes to data collection projects products, tools and processes to extend the capabilities of client offices.
- Contributes to the identification and analysis of patterns in data sets using various methods.
- Prepares data sets upon request; responds to queries/requests and maintains/updates web pages.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience with developing business analytics dashboards is desirable. Experience conducting surveys and analyzing feedback from a wide range of stakeholders on the development and progress of different projects is desirable.

Job Purpose
This candidate will be responsible for configuring, testing, validating, and installing data acquisition devices and related hardware on Agricultural Machinery in San Matteo and Zedelgem. This position works closely with Engineering, Test Labs, and Product validation groups to configure these devices and analyze data as per customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Use proprietary software to configure CNH data acquisition (DAQ) devices (Telemaco & Telemaco 2) for various Agricultural Machinery & test cells.
- Configure DAQ devices to collect data from additional sensors (thermocouple, load cells, strain gauge etc.) using CSM Modules, IPEtronik modules etc
- Build/modify existing harnesses to connect the DAQ device and sensors to the specific machinery
- Test them on bench setup or machine and verify for proper configuration and data quality.
- Ship/install the data acquisition devices securely on the machinery. It might require building brackets to have these devices securely installed.
- Write detailed documents showing installation and data downloading procedure
- Download data from data acquisition devices, data conversion, monitoring data quality, transferring data to a CNH server
- Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports on data collected and prepare detailed PPT's of analysis and present it to relevant groups
- Prepare dashboard to support additional data analysis requests from CNH team. It would involve analyzing data (example-performance analysis) using Databricks, PowerBI etc.
- Write technical specs for the development of new functionality, support integration, testing and troubleshooting.
- Work with Engineering, Product Validation team and GPP leaders in San Matteo & Zedelgem in planning for data acquisition and analysis activities.
- Participate in workgroup collecting technical requirements and translating the requirements into functional requirements.
- Ensures the use of engineering standards, methodologies, and global product development processes in engineering team’s daily work
- Fosters an environment that welcomes and encourages new and innovative concepts and product opportunities for improvement
- Share ideas for continuous improvements on the Agricultural products and on best practices for the team (tool, data server, document format)

Di cosa ti occuperaiData Analysis & Continuous Improvement Manager sarà una figura trasversale ad Aruba Enterprise, con riporto diretto al General Manager, e avrà il compito di guidare la raccolta, l’analisi e l’interpretazione dei dati aziendali, supportando le decisioni strategiche e promuovendo iniziative di miglioramento continuo nei processi di reporting e monitoraggio. Il ruolo implica la pianificazione, gestione e monitoraggio di programmi, progetti e iniziative di Continuous Improvement, garantendo il coinvolgimento e l’allineamento di tutti gli stakeholder. L’attività prevede un costante coordinamento con l’analoga struttura di Data Analysis Corporate per assicurare coerenza metodologica e sinergie operative a livello di Gruppo.
Responsabilità Principali Data Analysis & Reporting- Raccolta e consolidamento dati da diverse fonti (es. SAP, C4C, Jira).
- Creazione di KPI, dashboard e reportistica per monitoraggio di performance, trend e obiettivi.
- Analisi dei dati e individuazione di punti critici o aree di opportunità da condividere con gli stakeholder.
- Sviluppo di modelli previsionali a supporto delle decisioni strategiche.
- Documentazione tecnica e linee guida per garantire replicabilità e standardizzazione della reportistica.
- Analisi dei processi di raccolta, gestione e distribuzione dati, identifcando aree di miglioramento.
- Definizione, pianificazione e implementazione di programmi e progetti di Continuous Improvement, assicurandone il corretto avanzamento.
- Monitoraggio di roadmap, obiettivi e KPI legati alle iniziative di miglioramento.
- Coordinamento di team multidisciplinari e gestione degli stakeholder per assicurare allineamento sugli obiettivi.
- Collaborazione costante con il team di Data Analysis Corporate.
- Aggiornamento mensile del fatturato Enterprise per il Team Vendite.
- Aggiornamento report Cloud Flex e venduto/opportunità.
- Aggiornamento settimanale pipeline di prevendita e monitoraggio progetti.
- Analisi periodica di performance commerciali, di prodotto e SLA di servizio.
- Creazione di sintesi e presentazioni per comitati direzionali.
- Laurea triennale o magistrale in discipline scientifiche, informatiche, ingegneristiche o economiche.
- Esperienza di almeno 4+ anni in ruoli analoghi (Data Analyst, BI Specialist, Continuous Improvement Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager).
- Conoscenza avanzata di strumenti di reporting e BI (es. Power BI, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint).
- Familiarità con sistemi aziendali SAP, C4C, Jira.
- Capacità di tradurre esigenze di business in KPI e metriche misurabili.
- Tecniche di analisi dati e data visualization.
- Sviluppo di modelli previsionali e gestione di reporting strutturato.
- Competenze di Project Management (pianificazione, gestione budget e risorse, monitoraggio avanzamento).
- Conoscenza di metodologie di miglioramento continuo (es. Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) e capacità di applicarle.
- Stesura di documentazione tecnica e procedure standard.
- Leadership e capacità di coordinamento di team interfunzionali.
- Eccellenti capacità analitiche e problem solving.
- Orientamento all’innovazione e al miglioramento continuo.
- Ottime doti comunicative e capacità di relazione con stakeholder di vari livelli.
- Autonomia, proattività e orientamento ai risultati.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello B2 (scritto e parlato).
- Formazione continua con piani di Induction strutturati per i nuovi ingressi in azienda e percorsi specifici in funzione del Ruolo/Area.

All’interno del team di Pianificazione e Controllo di gestione siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa che si occupi di gestire attività legate al controllo di gestione, reporting, analisi ed elaborazione dati rispetto ai diversi processi che interessano l’Ateneo.
Principali attività
- analisi di dati economici relativi a costi/ricavi e indicatori di performance dell’Ateneo;
- analisi di benchmark interno ed esterno di strutture amministrative e accademiche;
- gestione di business case su progetti di sviluppo infrastrutturale e su nuovi prodotti formativi, inclusa l’analisi di redditività;
- analisi di contesto a supporto di Business Case;
- supporto al processo di elaborazione del Piano Strategico per la definizione di progettualità, obiettivi, indicatori, impatti economici, nonché monitoraggio annuale in ottica di miglioramento continuo;
- analisi della spesa sia a livello di Ateneo che per strutture amministrative e accademiche.
Requisiti richiesti
- Laurea in discipline economiche o statistiche;
- Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni in ruoli analoghi;
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office;
- Ottima competenza nell’utilizzo dei principali strumenti di analisi (es. Excel, QLIK, PBI, SAS, Tableau);
- Spiccata capacità di lavoro in team;
- Spiccata precisione;
- Disponibilità a formazione continua.
Rappresenta titolo preferenziale aver maturato esperienza nella preparazione di reportistica direzionale ed executive summary.
