L’ AI Engineer selezionat* avrà un forte background in Machine Learning e NLP, si unirà al team di prodotto per contribuire allo sviluppo di funzionalità intelligenti all’interno della piattaforma del Cliente.
Il suo lavoro avrà un impatto diretto sull’esperienza dei nostri utenti e sull’efficienza con cui i contenuti digitali vengono creati, organizzati e pubblicati.
Principali responsabilità
- Progettare, sviluppare e integrare modelli AI/ML all’interno del prodotto (NLP, content suggestion, tagging automatico, ecc.)
- Collaborare con il team prodotto e sviluppo per creare esperienze AI-driven scalabili e performanti
- Valutare tecnologie AI/LLM (es. OpenAI, Claude, open source, ecc.) e definire gli use-case più rilevanti
- Costruire pipeline di training, tuning e deployment di modelli
- Monitorare, ottimizzare e mantenere modelli in produzione
- Supportare attività di R&D e sperimentazione su nuovi approcci
Requisiti tecnici
- 3+ anni di esperienza in ruoli di Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist o AI Engineer
- Ottima conoscenza di Python e delle principali librerie ML (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
- Esperienza concreta con modelli NLP (LLM, embeddings, fine-tuning)
- Conoscenza di strumenti e workflow MLOps (model versioning, serving, monitoring)
- Capacità di scrivere codice pulito, documentato e pronto per la produzione
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Responsabilità principali

Full Remote – Advanced Manufacturing / Automotive Industry
Senior AI Engineer – Budget: 60.000 – €70.000
Realtà multinazionale, leader nel settore della manifattura avanzata e automotive, impegnata nell’innovazione tecnologica e nell’intelligenza artificiale applicata ai processi produttivi e alla qualità, ricerca un Senior AI Engineer esperto da inserire nel proprio team R&D.
L’azienda si distingue per l’applicazione di soluzioni AI all’avanguardia per ottimizzare la produzione, la manutenzione predittiva e la sostenibilità ambientale su scala globale.
Responsabilità principali
In qualità di Senior AI Engineer, lavorerai nello sviluppo e implementazione di soluzioni di intelligenza artificiale e machine learning finalizzate all’ottimizzazione dei processi industriali. Collaborerai con data scientist, ingegneri software e product manager in un contesto Agile, contribuendo all’innovazione tecnologica dell’azienda.
- Progettare e sviluppare modelli di machine learning e deep learning per applicazioni industriali (manutenzione predittiva, controllo qualità, ecc.)
- Integrare algoritmi AI in sistemi di produzione e prodotti software
- Prototipare, testare e ottimizzare modelli per garantirne scalabilità e affidabilità
- Supportare l’ottimizzazione dei flussi di dati e il miglioramento continuo dei modelli basati su dati reali
- Partecipare alle decisioni tecnologiche e di prodotto, apportando competenze AI
Requisiti
- Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria, Matematica o discipline affini
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo di soluzioni AI / ML, preferibilmente in contesti industriali o software
- Ottima conoscenza di Python e librerie ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Esperienza con tecniche di data preprocessing, feature engineering e validazione modelli
- Familiarità con cloud computing (AWS, Azure o Google Cloud) e containerizzazione (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solida conoscenza di algoritmi di machine learning e deep learning
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata
Preferenze
- Esperienza in AI applicata a manifattura, automotive o IoT industriale
- Conoscenza di tecnologie Big Data (Spark, Hadoop)
- Esperienza con architetture a microservizi e scalabili
- Familiarità con strumenti di monitoraggio e MLOps
