Obiettivi del corso:


Obiettivo del percorso formativo è fornire a tutti i partecipanti competenze pratiche e teoriche per operare efficacemente nel settore del commercio internazionale, con particolare attenzione alle procedure di importazione ed esportazione. 

Attraverso un approccio pratico e dinamico, i partecipanti acquisiranno gli strumenti per gestire con sicurezza ogni fase delle operazioni commerciali internazionali: dalla classificazione doganale alla gestione dei trasporti, dalla documentazione necessaria fino ai pagamenti internazionali. 
 

Verranno analizzati i principali aspetti normativi, con un focus sulla compliance e sulle procedure per operare in piena conformità alle regole del commercio globale. Durante il percorso formativo, teoria e pratica si intrecciano per offrire una preparazione completa: le lezioni forniranno una conoscenza approfondita delle logiche giuridiche e procedurali alla base dell'import-export, mentre le esercitazioni e i role playing consentiranno di applicare direttamente le nozioni apprese a scenari reali. 


L'obiettivo è quello di rendere ogni partecipante autonomo nella gestione delle operazioni internazionali, capace di affrontare con sicurezza le sfide del mercato globale e di coglierne le opportunità.

Sales Administrator (Italian, English & French speaking)

A subsidiary of a multi-functional trading house in Milan is currently looking for a Sales Administrator for the Chemicals Department.

In this role you will be responsible for executing and controlling import & export business for company products.

The Sales Administrator is responsible for the order handling process within the team, from order receipt to control of payment including arrangement of all kinds of logistics within Europe and Overseas.

TYPE: Permanent, full-time

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hours, Flex-Time system and Smart Working up to 50% of month

SALARY: €35K – €40K depending on experience, plus good benefits

START: ASAP

LOCATION: Milan, Italy (Currently 50% in office, 50% work from home.)

Main Responsibilities:

• Executing order processing for Import & Export business including timely issuing of all relevant documents with the help of the merchandize management system

• On time supervision of Import & Export business incl. logistics and warehousing

• Co-ordination of logistics in cooperation with forwarding company to arrange timely delivery from suppliers and to customers including handling/checking of relevant logistic invoices

• Issuing invoices, applications for internal credit limit and external credit insurance, control of payment receipt including dunning process

• Provision of sales figures for sales staff and manager

• General customer and supplier service

• Sales support to sales team and section manager

Ideal Candidate:

• Ideally 2 years+ of experience in import/export administration, incl. co-ordination of deliveries, ideally also in non-European countries

• Fluent Italian and English language (verbal & written)

• Good knowledge of French and Spanish language (verbal and written)

• Initial experiences in the chemicals industry, and is familiar with dry and liquid bulk chemical shipments would be advantageous

• Good knowledge of merchandize management system (Axapta or SAP or similar)

• Experience in order processing

• Experience in logistics

• Qualified in order processing and import/export by a relevant apprenticeship (ex: foreign trade or forwarding merchant) would be advantageous

• Work effectively with other team members, willing to share knowledge and skills

• Ability to assess, prioritise and manage own workload

• Ability to work to strict deadlines

La risorsa si occuperà di:

  1. Assistenza ai Clienti fornendo informazioni, rispondendo a domande e offrendo risoluzione a eventuali problemi.
  2. Stesura di offerte commerciali di componenti macchina, ricambi e servizi di assistenza.
  3. Redazione di lettere, contratti e accordi commerciali.
  4. Inserimento ordini a sistema.
  5. Interfaccia con Ufficio Produzione per analisi dei tempi di consegna.
  6. Operazioni di import/export e supporto ai Clienti nelle pratiche di commercio internazionale, nel rispetto delle normative vigenti.

  8. Cura della documentazione fiscale e doganale, tra cui emissione di fatture proforma, DDT, packing list, Certificati di Origine, mandati EUR 1 e dichiarazioni varie in base al Paese di destinazione.
  9. Verifica della conformità della merce ricevuta a destino.
  10. Gestione di reclami e resi.
  11. Analisi della situazione pagamenti clienti e gestione di solleciti.
  12. Organizzazione delle trasferte, inclusa l'organizzazione di agende, prenotazioni di voli e hotel, e verifica della documentazione di viaggio (VISA, Passaporto).

Qualifiche richieste:

  1. Esperienze consolidate nel Servizio Clienti, nelle operazioni di Import-Export e nel commercio internazionale.
  2. Precedente esperienza nel settore metalmeccanico e nella produzione di macchinari industriali.
  3. Ottima conoscenza e utilizzo dei sistemi operativi Windows e di sistemi gestionali tipo ERP.
  4. Buone capacità organizzative, competenze linguistiche (specialmente in inglese), e buona conoscenza delle normative doganali.

Formazione:

  1. Istituto tecnico di II grado ad indirizzo commerciale o laurea in economia.
  2. Inglese professionale parlato e scritto almeno livello C1.
  3. Sono gradite certificazioni in import-export.

  • Management of shipping and invoicing documents (including samples, material returns, Intercompany shipments, and shipments of various materials)

Qualifications
