Position
The Service NOW Administrator will be responsible for the technical management of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM modules critical to the banking environment. They will contribute to the integration of ServiceNOW with other platforms in Fineco’s IT landscape.
They will operate in a structured and regulated environment, ensuring the platform’s operability, stability, and compliance with audit policies and regulations (e.g., DORA, ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT).
Main Responsibilities
- Operational and administrative management of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, etc.).
- Supervision of updates, patching, and quality control across environments (DEV / UAT / PROD).
- Platform monitoring, capacity management, and performance tuning.
- Implementation of security policies and access segregation.
- Technical support for internal / external audits and regulatory compliance.
- Active participation in CAB and Change Management processes.
- Development of custom components for ITSM workflows on ServiceNow (Business Rules, Scripted Flows, Catalog Items).
- Implementation of interfaces between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., legacy ticketing, monitoring, IAM).
- Creation and maintenance of scripts, workflows, notifications, and automations.
- Maintenance of technical documentation for the platform.

* Esperienza consolidata di almeno 5 anni su mercato bancario;
* Esperienza consolidata in progettualità Data & Analytics;

About the role : We are looking for a skilled IT specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing technical impacts on applications and preparing technical designs.
Key responsibilities :
- Analyze technical impacts on applications and prepare technical designs
- Ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with technical requirements
- Participate in feasibility analyses and support software development
- Evaluate technical specifications and define them in line with IT architecture
- Support testing and problem-solving activities
- Collaborate in supplier selection and contract definition
- Develop solutions and propose technical approaches
Requirements :
At least 5 years of experience in software projects (preferably Agile)Back-end experience : Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring BootFront-end experience : TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, JQueryDeep knowledge of IT architecture in the financial domainSQL / PLSQL (e.g. Oracle) skillsAgile / Scrum methodologiesCreative problem-solving and result-oriented mindsetExcellent communication skills in English, also with stakeholders at various levelsBenefits :
