Position

Position

The Service NOW Administrator will be responsible for the technical management of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM modules critical to the banking environment. They will contribute to the integration of ServiceNOW with other platforms in Fineco’s IT landscape.

They will operate in a structured and regulated environment, ensuring the platform’s operability, stability, and compliance with audit policies and regulations (e.g., DORA, ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT).

Main Responsibilities

  • Operational and administrative management of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, etc.).
  • Supervision of updates, patching, and quality control across environments (DEV / UAT / PROD).
  • Platform monitoring, capacity management, and performance tuning.
  • Implementation of security policies and access segregation.
  • Technical support for internal / external audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Active participation in CAB and Change Management processes.
  • Development of custom components for ITSM workflows on ServiceNow (Business Rules, Scripted Flows, Catalog Items).
  • Implementation of interfaces between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., legacy ticketing, monitoring, IAM).
  • Creation and maintenance of scripts, workflows, notifications, and automations.
  • Maintenance of technical documentation for the platform.

Requirements

  • Degree in technical-scientific disciplines.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in a banking or enterprise context.
  • Excellent knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB) and IntegrationHub connectors.
  • Basic knowledge of security, authentication (LDAP, SSO, SAML), and IT Governance.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (server / client side) on ServiceNow.
  • Experience with REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server, and secure connectivity.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CAD, IntegrationHub Specialist) and ITIL are appreciated.
  • Precision and ability to operate in high-criticality and audit environments.

    Requisiti Tecnici:
    * Esperienza consolidata di almeno 5 anni su mercato bancario;
    * Esperienza consolidata in progettualità Data & Analytics;
    * Ottima propensione alla realizzazione di documentazione orientata al business;
    * Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
    Power Skills:
    * Capacità di problem finding/solving e flessibilità nell'affrontare sfide;
    * Eccellenti capacità interpersonali e di comunicazione per collaborare efficacemente con i team interni e i Clienti;

    IT Specialist - Financial Domain

    About the role : We are looking for a skilled IT specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing technical impacts on applications and preparing technical designs.

    Key responsibilities :

    • Analyze technical impacts on applications and prepare technical designs
    • Ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with technical requirements
    • Participate in feasibility analyses and support software development
    • Evaluate technical specifications and define them in line with IT architecture
    • Support testing and problem-solving activities
    • Collaborate in supplier selection and contract definition
    • Develop solutions and propose technical approaches

    Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of experience in software projects (preferably Agile)
  • Back-end experience : Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot
  • Front-end experience : TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, JQuery
  • Deep knowledge of IT architecture in the financial domain
  • SQL / PLSQL (e.g. Oracle) skills
  • Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Creative problem-solving and result-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English, also with stakeholders at various levels

    In particular, by joining the Financial Tax Team at the Milan office, you will be involved in:

    • Analyzing issues related to domestic direct taxation and providing ongoing advisory services to corporations operating in the banking, financial, and/or insurance sectors
    • Drafting tax opinions on international tax matters (CFC rules, Black List, Permanent Establishment, Withholding Tax, etc.)
    • Analyzing the tax treatment of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.)
    • Handling tax compliance activities
    • Assessing VAT treatment of financial transactions
    • Managing the taxation of financial income

    This opportunity is perfect for you if:

    • You have at least1 year of professional experience at leading national or international law firms and/or consulting companies
    • You hold a Master’s degree in Economics (LM 77/56) or Law with a final grade of at least 100/110
    • You are either a certifiedChartered Accountant/Lawyer or intend to begin the professional training
    • You have agood command of English , ideally supported by study and/or work experiences abroad
    • You have a good working knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • You possess strong interpersonal and teamworking skills
