Responsabilità
- Definire e condividere modalità operative e processi
- Implementare e verificare la documentazione del Sistema Qualità
- Gestire rapporti di non conformità (NC) e le azioni correttive/preventive (CAPA)
- Verificare la corretta applicazione di requisiti (es.: audit)
- Raccogliere, analizzare e presentare dati statistici (es. analisi NC e CAPA)
- Gestire feedback dal mercato
- Gestire documentazione di produzione e rilascio
Requisiti
- Laurea in ingegneria, preferibilmente Gestionale o Biomedica
- Pregressa esperienza (due o più anni) maturata in ambito quality assurance, regulatory o engineering, in contesti aziendali riguardanti la progettazione, produzione e/o vendita di dispositivi medici

- Identify compliance issues, evaluate risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with leadership to reduce non-conformities.
- Participate in training processes on relevant topics, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures, working with HR and other relevant functions.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a scientific field
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Full professional proficiency in Italian and English
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, including local regulations, cGMP, FDA, and ISO standards
- Knowledge of CAPA, Change Control, Deviations processes, and techniques
