What you’ll do

Our Consulting Associate Directors are responsible for high-level project delivery and oversight along with client relationship management. You will manage teams, and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes (especially in modern application architecture and digital thinking)

What you’ll need

• Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacity

• Understanding in at least one core domain as for example: Application Architecture and Roadmap, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Cloud solution, SAP, ERP etc.

• Prior knowledge of sizing methodologies is a plus i.e. IFPUG

• Experience working with one or more IT solutions

• An unwavering commitment to the success of your team, and willingness to provide and receive constructive/ corrective action when needed

• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to assist in the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems

• An ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously

• MBA or other advanced degree preferred

Consulting Experience:

• Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacity.

• Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity such as a solution/technical architect or analyst preferred

• A consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams that leverage technology to drive the mission-critical priorities of commercial or government entities

• An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal

• Supportare nella definizione della Strategia IT delle aziende:
  • Supporterai il team nello sviluppo di strategie tecnologiche allineate agli obiettivi dei nostri clienti, ottimizzare i processi aziendali e pilotare iniziative di trasformazione digitale
  • Potrai partecipare alla definizione roadmap evolutive, piani di investimento IT e modelli organizzativi, collaborando con team interfunzionali e sfruttando il network EY
  • Inoltre, metterai a disposizione le tue competenze per identificare use case di valore per il cliente con lo scopo di ottimizzare i costi e massimizzare i benefici delle soluzioni tecnologiche
• Pianificazione e Gestione della Trasformazione Digitale:
  • Guiderai le aziende attraverso la pianificazione e l'esecuzione di iniziative di trasformazione digitale, assicurando che i progetti siano allineati con la visione strategica
  • Coordinerai team multidisciplinari per implementare soluzioni tecnologiche che migliorino le operazioni, l'esperienza del cliente e la competitività sul mercato
• Ottimizzazione dei Processi e Change Management:
  • Utilizzerai metodologie agile e lean per ristrutturare i processi aziendali, aumentando l'efficienza e riducendo i costi
  • Gestirai il change management, assicurando che le trasformazioni siano integrate a tutti i livelli organizzativi e che il personale sia supportato nel percorso di cambiamento

Chi stiamo cercando? Persone con:

• Laurea specialistica in discipline tecnico-scientifiche o economiche
• Esperienza tra i 4 e gli 8 anni in primarie società di consulenza e/o società informatiche, su progetti analoghi di IT Strategy & Governance, AI Strategy, definizione Modelli Operativi IT, FinOps
• Conoscenza approfondita del mondo ICT e propensione all’innovazione, curiosità verso le nuove tecnologie e trend, cross settore
• Ottime capacità di leadership e team working, entusiasmo e proattività, utili a sviluppare soluzioni che forniscono un elevato impatto all’interno del team e/o verso il cliente
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Ottima conoscenza dei principali framework di settore (es. ITIL, TOGAF) e delle metodologie di project management
• Disponibilità ad operare anche in trasferta
