Responsabilità Principali:
- Gestione e ottimizzazione di campagne di Email Marketing.

- Supporto al team commerciale nelle attività di lead generation.

Il candidato ideale
- Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione o discipline affini.

Qualifications:

Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive
Entra a far parte del nostro network internazionale di talenti in Accenture Song. Lavorerai con tecnologie innovative su progetti entusiasmanti, aiutando i nostri clienti a riconfigurare la loro Customer Experience con piattaforme connesse e intelligenti. In particolare, potrai:
Responsabilità- Lavorare in team per supportare la progettazione di use case rilevanti di Digital Marketing al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi di business.
- Condurre un'analisi approfondita dei dati dei clienti e dei sistemi coinvolti nei processi di gestione dei dati (raccolta, elaborazione, attivazione).
- Analizzare e progettare il Customer Data Model e supportare la progettazione dell’integrazione con altri sistemi.
- Analizzare i dati dei clienti disponibili su diverse piattaforme e definire i processi di estrazione e integrazione con le CDP (Customer Data Platforms).
- Implementare progetti di trasformazione digitale in linea con le esigenze del cliente.
- Conoscenza dell’architettura di marketing, con particolare attenzione alla soluzione Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Conoscenza dei processi di marketing e campagne.
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in implementazioni di Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Laurea magistrale in ambito Economico, Digital, Informatico o Ingegneristico.
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e di collaborare con team internazionali.
- L’esperienza con Salesforce Data Cloud.

Una prestigiosa compagnia internazionale di consulenza, Salesforce Partner , è alla ricerca di un Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant da inserire nel proprio team.
Presenza in sede 1-2 volte a settimana , con massima flessibilità per conciliare vita personale e professionale.
- Implementazione e configurazione di soluzioni Salesforce Marketing Cloud personalizzate per i clienti;
- Collaborazione con i team di business per ottimizzare l’interfaccia tra tecnologia e strategia di marketing;
- Utilizzo di SQL per la gestione e automazione avanzata dei flussi di marketing;
- Fornire consulenza strategica per massimizzare il ROI dei progetti Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Cosa cerchiamo in un Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant:
- 2-3 anni di esperienza su progetti Salesforce Marketing Cloud in ambito consulenziale;
- Certificazioni Marketing Cloud Consultant e/o Marketing Cloud Administrator ;
- Ottima conoscenza della piattaforma e delle sue funzionalità principali (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio);
- Capacità di comunicare efficacemente con stakeholder tecnici e non.
- Attitudine alla leadership e al lavoro in team ;
- Mentalità analitica e problem-solving ;
- Laurea in discipline economiche, scientifiche o informatiche;
- Inglese fluente o intermedio avanzato .
