Conte Diamonds, azienda italiana di gioielleria in forte crescita con radici nell’artigianalità e nello stile Made in Italy, è alla ricerca di un/a Brand Manager con un profilo operativo e strategico per guidare la costruzione e lo sviluppo del marchio, rafforzandone il posizionamento, l'identità e la reputazione a livello nazionale e internazionale .

La figura, riportando direttamente alla Direzione Generale, sarà responsabile dello sviluppo dell’immagine coordinata, della comunicazione e del posizionamento del marchio, assicurandosi che ogni punto di contatto rifletta i valori, la visione e la qualità distintiva dell’azienda.

Questo ruolo richiede non solo un forte orientamento strategico, ma anche spiccate doti di coordinamento e creatività .

Il/La Brand Manager sarà a capo di un team di professionisti nei settori marketing, comunicazione e digital per garantire la coerenza dell'immagine e la riconoscibilità delle linee Conte Diamonds, Conte Prime e Giuseppe Conte.

Principali Responsabilità

  • Definire e implementare la brand strategy in coerenza con la visione e gli obiettivi aziendali.
  • Coordinare le attività di comunicazione e marketing, garantendo una presenza coerente e distintiva su tutti i canali (online e offline), con un focus specifico sull'espansione internazionale.
  • Gestire e sviluppare un team di professionisti per massimizzare la creatività e l'efficacia delle campagne di brand.
  • Supervisionare la produzione di contenuti di brand (campagne, shooting, materiali digitali e social media), assicurando la massima qualità e coerenza estetica.
  • Sviluppare e mantenere un brand book e le linee guida di comunicazione, garantendone il rispetto in tutte le declinazioni.
  • Analizzare i mercati e i competitor per identificare opportunità di posizionamento e nuove strategie di crescita, sia in Italia che all'estero.
  • Curare le collaborazioni con agenzie creative, PR, influencer e partner esterni.
  • Partecipare a fiere ed eventi di settore a livello internazionale, valorizzando la brand identity.
  • Monitorare KPI e budget legati alle attività di brand e comunicazione, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di awareness e reputazione.
  • Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di Brand Management o Marketing Strategico, preferibilmente nei settori gioielleria, orologeria o moda di lusso.
  • Forte senso estetico, attenzione al dettaglio e passione per il design e la comunicazione.
  • Esperienza pregressa nella gestione e coordinamento di un team .
  • Competenze in strategie digitali, social media, PR ed eventi.
  • Eccellenti doti comunicative e di leadership .
  • Mentalità innovativa e orientata al problem solving.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (fondamentale) e preferibilmente di altre lingue .
  • Inserimento a tempo indeterminato, CCNL commercio con RAL fino a 70.000 € .

According to the guidelines defined by the Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager is responsible for developing and managing the business of assigned brands and the relative consolidated profitability, in full collaboration with R&D, Communication and Sales teams.

The Brand Manager shall elaborate the new launches briefing, manage the Go to Market Plans for the assigned brands and furthermore coordinate the accurate execution of all phases in the Product Development process, as well as the definition and implementation of the Annual Marketing Plans and the Long – Term Company plans.

Main Responsibility:
  • ensure the Brand best net profit returns, both on net sales and on ROI of marketing investment, by highlighting Pettenon Cosmetics strengths (R&D, industrial know how, distributive capacities etc.);
  • define and propose, to the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing, the Annual Marketing Plan and the relative budget, by arranging the implementation of the annual communication and the trade marketing and communication plans with the Sales Communication and the Trade Marketing dept;
  • ensure the implementation of the actions stated in the approved Marketing Plan for the Domestic and International Markets;
  • achieve the commercial development and profitability targets by managing the Consolidated Profit and Loss per Brands agreeing with the Sales and Finance teams the following:
  • distribution policies;
  • discounts;
  • commercial initiatives;
  • sales forces cost;
  • marketing expenses.

Throughout the course of the year, the Brand Manager shall monitor the progress of the objectives cited above and promotes any necessary corrective actions;

Additional Responsibilities:
  • ensure that the functions in charge shall respect the timing of the Product Development Process, by guaranteeing that the start of the process adheres to the corporate calendar deadlines, with particular reference to the Briefing and R&D / Product Development Process.
  • elaborate, before the start of the briefing process, the reports on the performance of main markets for the managed brand, and the qualitative and quantitative analyses regarding sales, markets, volumes, profitability, trends and competitors;
  • elaborate the Collection Briefing, by defining the collection structure, the model / sku number (models, horizontal front sizes, colour), the product typology / materials / consumer targets, price ranges, the target prices, and the second margin target;
  • ensure innovation funnel feed with project ideas based on consumer insights and market white spaces analysis, ensuring necessary market and consumer testing to deliver rolling 3 yrs brand brand development
  • identify the adequate product price positioning in the market, based on indications from sales structures, by guaranteeing that the target is respected and proposing to the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing, where appropriate, settled actions to ensure the reorganisation of the forecasted positioning and/or of the required margins;
  • define the sales forecast for new products, at the start of the industrialisation phase, by assessing the commercial previsions defined by the Sales teams;
  • present new launches to the Sales teams, customers, distributors and partners;
  • define the service priorities for markets and channels, in collaboration with the Sales team, in order to maximise the client satisfaction and achieve the targets required;
  • supervise the marketing materials development for assigned brands, by ensuring that they are in line with the Brand objectives as well as with the delivery and implementation requirements in the different markets of presence;
  • manage, develop and train the human resources reporting directly to her/him, in accordance and agreement with the guidelines provided by the Human Resources Department.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Economics/Marketing/Digital Marketing
  • Previous experience in the role of min. 5 years, in multinational contexts, preferably in the beauty industry, FMCG headquarters
  • Marketing driven attitude, creative and innovative but with analytical approach
  • Result oriented, curious and open mindset for new ecomm trends
  • Marketing/Go to Market management skills, digital acumen, sales know-how

For our office in Milan we are looking for a Brand Manager: The Brand Manager, in coordination with the Marketing Manager/Group Brand Lead, defines and implements marketing plans for assigned brands at national and international levels. This role evaluates brand positioning, drives communication strategies, identifies growth opportunities, and ensures the management and innovation of the product portfolio to support business development.

Key Responsibilities / Long Description:

  • Propose and implement the annual brand plan, aligning with marketing objectives and operational execution for Canvass (Pharmacy, Rx).
  • Develop marketing strategies with a focus on franchising, brand equity, and brand architecture, assessing positioning, claims, target audiences, and communication channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
  • Define and execute commercial and promotional strategies for managed brands at national and international levels.
  • Develop and manage communication plans and materials (ADV, POS, media, HCPs), ensuring brand consistency.
  • Support content and media planning, monitor advertising effectiveness, and propose corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Value & Solution Excellence, and Medical Affairs departments to define communication models for Canvass.
  • Support Field Force during area meetings to ensure alignment of brand strategies and marketing activities.
  • Oversee marketing plan execution, track activities with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Monitor advertising and promotional materials’ impact and propose corrective measures to achieve objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets in line with approved plans and oversee internal approval processes, purchase requests, and contracts.
  • Support interactions with Key Opinion Leaders and scientific associations, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
  • If applicable, supervise Junior Brand Managers, guiding them toward corporate and brand objectives.
  • Coordinate with Drug Safety for reporting suspected adverse reactions and ensure compliance with promotional material approval procedures.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Scientific disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within pharmaceutical/life-science sectors.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical companies, biologics, nutrition, or cosmetics is preferred.
  • Previous exposure to international environments is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Fluent English.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of digital media strategy and planning.
