- Pianificare e coordinare le strategie di comunicazione interna ed esterna, inclusi piani editoriali, PR, media relations, social media, comunicati stampa, video e content marketing.
- Supervisione e creazione di campagne corporate e istituzionali (online e offline).
- Collaborare con le business unit e i dipartimenti Sales, HR, IT per garantire una comunicazione integrata e coerente.
- Coordinare i fornitori e le agenzie esterne (PR, creatività, digital).
- Organizzare e supportare eventi aziendali, fiere internazionali e iniziative di employer branding.
- Monitorare il sentiment del brand e la reputazione aziendale sui media e nei canali digitali.
- Redigere materiali corporate (Company profile, presentazioni, video istituzionali, articoli, case studies.).
Requisiti
- Laurea in Comunicazione, Marketing, Relazioni Pubbliche o affini.
- Esperienza consolidata di almeno 5 anni in ruoli di branding/comunicazione in aziende internazionali, preferibilmente nel settore B2B, logistica o servizi complessi.
- Eccellente padronanza dell’inglese (scritto e parlato).
- Ottima conoscenza dei canali e degli strumenti digitali di comunicazione (social, advertising, Google tools, CMS, etc.).
- Spiccate capacità creative, strategiche e di storytelling.
- Esperienza nella gestione di team o di progetti cross-funzionali.

Branding & Communications Manager

Per guidare l’evoluzione del brand aziendale, rafforzandone coerenza, visibilità e reputazione globale attraverso strategie di comunicazione efficaci e omnicanale, cerchiamo un / a Branding & Communications Manager dinamico / a e strategico / a.
Responsabilità principali
- Definire e sviluppare il brand positioning del Gruppo, in linea con la vision e i valori aziendali.
- Gestire l'identità visiva e narrativa del brand a livello internazionale.
- Pianificare e coordinare le strategie di comunicazione interna ed esterna, inclusi piani editoriali, PR, media relations, social media, comunicati stampa, video e content marketing.
- Supervisionare e creare campagne corporate e istituzionali (online e offline).
- Collaborare con le business unit e i dipartimenti Sales, HR, IT per garantire una comunicazione integrata e coerente.
- Coordinare fornitori e agenzie esterne (PR, creatività, digital).
- Organizzare e supportare eventi aziendali, fiere internazionali e iniziative di employer branding.
- Monitorare il sentiment del brand e la reputazione aziendale sui media e canali digitali.
- Redigere materiali corporate (Company profile, presentazioni, video istituzionali, articoli, case studies.).
Requisiti
- Laurea in Comunicazione, Marketing, Relazioni Pubbliche o affini.
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli di branding / comunicazione in aziende internazionali, preferibilmente nel settore B2B, logistica o servizi complessi.
- Eccellente padronanza dell’inglese (scritto e parlato).
- Ottima conoscenza dei canali e strumenti digitali di comunicazione (social, advertising, Google tools, CMS, etc.).
- Spiccate capacità creative, strategiche e di storytelling.
- Esperienza nella gestione di team o progetti cross-funzionali.
- Spirito internazionale, autonomia, proattività e visione.
