• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken).

Preferred requirements :

• Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related field);
• Knowledge of ICT frameworks and security standards management;
• Experience with BIM in Facility Management;
• Knowledge of SIEMENS, Schneider, Trend, or ISMA BMS systems;
• Previous experience in research/hospital/university environments;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Organizational and social skills :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders, including BMS vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities;
• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively within team environments;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a solid understanding of operational workflows;
• Skilled at working efficiently within technical teams.
