Per il nostro dipartimento Customer Success un Business Consultant per la divisione Delivery Large Enterprise. Sarai inseritƏ all’interno di un team dinamico e in forte espansione e affiancherai i clienti a partire dalla raccolta dei fabbisogni e dall’analisi dei processi fino all’implementazione della soluzione tecnologica.

Sarai chiamatƏ a gestire principalmente le seguenti attività:

  • Partecipare attivamente a tutte le fasi di implementazione, dall’analisi dei bisogni del cliente fino alla fase finale di UAT
  • Supportare (o effettuare in prima persona, in funzione dell’esperienza) la gestione cliente
  • Supportare nell’elaborazione della documentazione di progetto (GANTT e verbali)
  • Effettuare attività di Test e Supporto per risoluzione di anomalie in fase di implementazione progetto

Per noi è indispensabile che tu possieda:

  • Laurea Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria Informatica, Informatica Umanistica
  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 1 anno nell’implementazione di soluzioni IT
  • Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel)
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1)

Ci farebbe piacere che tu possedessi anche:

  • Conoscenza base di SQL
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua Francese

You will help customers build or improve their Business Process Analysis, Enterprise Architecture, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance practices. Your main role will be to guide them in defining methodologies, documenting requirements and goals, and supporting them closely during mapping activities on the HOPEX platform.
