We are seeking an SAP CO & SDM Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the Control of Management during monthly closings, creating and managing reports based on SAP CO and SDM modules, and collaborating with IT and Finance teams to improve processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Support the Control of Management during monthly closings.
  2. Analyze and optimize data to improve report quality and release times.
  3. Develop and manage reports based on SAP CO and SDM modules.
  4. Collaborate with the controlling and finance departments to improve communication flows and reduce criticalities.
  5. Work with IT and Finance teams to improve processes and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 3-4 years of experience with SAP CO and SDM modules.
  • Background in industrial accounting, controlling, or business analysis.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data for decision-making.
  • Experience working in production environments and knowledge of industrial processes.
  • Proactive approach to improving release times and supporting complex departments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Raccoglierà i requisiti del business, disegnerà il flusso dei processi, scriverà business case e proposte convincenti e implementerà le soluzioni più efficaci.

Per ricoprire con successo la posizione, è necessario aver conseguito **Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria o Economia** e aver maturato almeno **2 anni di esperienza professionale** ricoprendo ruolo analogo in **contesti sfidanti e strutturati** come grandi società di consulenza o aziende finali.

Responsibilities

The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization plays a crucial role in enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We collaborate with business leaders on strategy setting, data analytics, sales & client incentive policy-making, and driving operational efficiency in tooling and sales processes, ensuring productive cross-functional partnerships.

The Strategy Manager will join the Global Monetization Strategy & Operations team in Southern Europe. This organized and efficient professional must be flexible, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while working closely with cross-functional teams. The role focuses on Strategy, Reporting, Projects, and Research, with an emphasis on identifying potential process improvements and developing proactive solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual and quarterly commercial strategies, including revenue goals, strategic initiatives (what), and tactics (how).
  • Drive reporting & analytics: create dashboards, insightful reports, and recommend actionable solutions to foster business growth.
  • Lead regional projects by identifying areas for improvement and implementing change initiatives to generate impact.
  • Conduct research and market sizing on industries, business models, products, and customer segments, deriving actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with SEU senior and mid-management, working with cross-functional teams to incorporate diverse perspectives.

Qualifications - Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in top-tier consulting or high-growth companies; familiarity with digital business models, media, and digital advertising is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve goals independently, strong time management skills, and adaptability to changing environments.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, cross-cultural settings; quick learner with the ability to develop in-depth industry knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Structured thinker capable of solving complex problems with pragmatic, impactful solutions.
  • Skilled at driving stakeholder decisions, defending unpopular opinions, and mediating differing viewpoints.
  • Fluent in English and Italian or Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as this role involves working with local stakeholders.

Provide business domain solutions, process improvements, strategy development, business case analysis, and change management consulting to external clients at the functional and senior management levels, on a chargeable basis.

The business domain includes industry-specific processes and function-specific processes such as HR, accounting, and IT. It also involves developing and managing IT governance mechanisms and policies, including security and business continuity policies.

Assist clients in innovating and formulating technology-enabled business models and new ways of conducting business to create competitive advantages in the marketplace. Explain how and where technology can be utilized to address key business processes within a particular domain.

Engage in identifying and resolving strategic and business issues; contribute to the company's account planning to develop and maintain strategic relationships with the client's senior management, acting as a trusted advisor in transforming the client's business.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate as a facilitator in cross-functional teams.
  • Build strong personal relationships with clients.
  • Interview clients to understand their position and share insights with the team.
  • Contribute to the development of consulting methods and tools for assignments.
  • Influence clients by suggesting solutions or shaping their thinking.
Education and Experience Required:
  • 3-4 years of experience in the commercial or public sector, with a background in strategy formulation, process design, and information modeling.
  • Broad industry and commercial experience with a comprehensive understanding of core business processes within the focused domain.
  • An educational degree is preferred.
