About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcing and Insights Specialist to help build out a talent insights & sourcing function and strategy. You will deliver crucial hiring pipelines during an exciting phase of growth and transformation for Mollie, reporting directly to our Head of Talent Acquisition.
You will build business-critical hiring pipelines and serve as the source of truth for top-of-funnel market data and insights, enabling Mollie to make intelligent hiring decisions and support our expansion into new European markets. You will be an expert at unearthing hard-to-find talent and reporting talent scarcity to the business to enable strategic pivots.
This role is crucial for Talent Acquisition to act as a strategic partner, facilitating candidate generation and leveraging analytics tools, automation, and AI to influence business and talent acquisition as we scale.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Building high-quality hiring pipelines for niche, business-critical, and executive roles, engaging passive candidates through creative outreach.
- Using LinkedIn, sourcing data, our ATS, and other tools to provide insightful talent reports for strategic hiring decisions.
- Conducting talent mapping for confidential executive roles and new market launches.
- Designing, upgrading, and optimizing scalable sourcing processes and frameworks.
- Optimizing the ATS (Ashby) for top-of-funnel insights.
- Exploring candidate generation technologies with the Talent Acquisition leadership team.

3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Proven success sourcing high-quality, hard-to-find candidates in a high-growth tech environment.A structured, data-driven, and creative approach to sourcing strategies and problem-solving.Ability to navigate complex briefs to ensure suitable candidates enter the hiring process.Experience creating clear reports to influence senior stakeholders.Passion, energy, and desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to one of Europe's coolest companies.Nice to have :
