The Procurement and Supply Chain area is hiring a Contract Management , to manage and monitor both ordinary and extraordinary activities during the execution phase of contracts, ensuring legal consistency and addressing issues such as disputes or contract modifications.

The role provides legal and procedural support to mitigate risks and maintain contractual integrity in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the Legal department.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Independently manage documentation for contract modifications during the execution phase, including amendments and mandatory adjustments.
  • Ensure risk mitigation and compliance with service levels throughout contract implementation.
  • Assess the applicability of penalties and prepare supporting documentation accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Office and line manager on claims, pre-litigation processes, and legal audits.
  • Support internal stakeholders and budget owners in supplier interactions during contract execution.
  • Handle subcontractor documentation, including collection, verification, and compliance checks.
  • Master’s Degree in Law.
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract management or legal roles.
  • Solid knowledge of public and private contract law.
  • Experience in managing legal events and documentation in contract execution phases.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.

Preferential requirements:

  • Post-graduate courses in administrative law
  • Previous experience in regulated or public sectors.
  • Previous experience in consultancy firms or law firms providing advisory services to contracting authorities
  • Familiarity with Italian Public Authorities platforms (e.g., ANAC).

Organizational and social skills:

Human Technopole (HT) is an interdisciplinary life science research institute, created and supported by the Italian Government, with the aim of developing innovative strategies to improve human health. HT is composed of five Centers: Neurogenomics, Computational Biology, Structural Biology, Genomics, and Health Data Science.

The Procurement and Supply Chain area is hiring a Contract Management , to manage and monitor both ordinary and extraordinary activities during the execution phase of contracts, ensuring legal consistency and addressing issues such as disputes or contract modifications.

The role provides legal and procedural support to mitigate risks and maintain contractual integrity in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the Legal department.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Independently manage documentation for contract modifications during the execution phase, including amendments and mandatory adjustments.
  • Ensure risk mitigation and compliance with service levels throughout contract implementation.
  • Assess the applicability of penalties and prepare supporting documentation accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Office and line manager on claims, pre-litigation processes, and legal audits.
  • Support internal stakeholders and budget owners in supplier interactions during contract execution.
  • Handle subcontractor documentation, including collection, verification, and compliance checks.
  • Master’s Degree in Law.
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract management or legal roles.
  • Solid knowledge of public and private contract law.
  • Experience in managing legal events and documentation in contract execution phases.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.

Preferential requirements:

  • Post-graduate courses in administrative law
  • Previous experience in regulated or public sectors.
  • Previous experience in consultancy firms or law firms providing advisory services to contracting authorities
  • Familiarity with Italian Public Authorities platforms (e.g., ANAC).

Organizational and social skills:

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Precision, confidentiality, and accountability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
