As a Client Support Representative, you will be part of the Support and Services Competence Area, serving as the first point of contact for our clients, providing assistance and troubleshooting issues related to our proprietary solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure smooth system operation. Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on the correct use and configuration of Trueblue's applications.
  • Escalate complex issues to second-level support or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Track and document client inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
  • Receive, analyze, and manage client-requested enhancements.
  • Stay updated on product updates and new features to provide accurate support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain client satisfaction and collaborate with the Client Service Manager to monitor and analyze service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Advisory and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (client-facing and internal).
  • Willingness to work in cross-functional teams on complex projects, delivering high-quality outcomes within short timeframes.
  • Experience in client support activities and management in consulting and post-sales environments.
  • Teamwork experience.
