Selezioniamo Un/a Collaudatore/trice per il collaudo interno dell’intero impianto di automazione lato software .

Compiti e Mansioni:

Il candidato dovrà eseguire il collaudo interno dell’impianto di automazione, dall’accensione del quadro, al test finale con il cliente, testando il software PLC, HMI, Robot progettato e sviluppato dall’ufficio progettazione.

Responsabilità

• Eseguire attività di collaudo funzionale, verificando la corretta configurazione, integrazione e operatività dei sistemi di automazione basati su PLC.
• Diagnosticare e risolvere problemi tecnici sui sistemi PLC e sugli apparati ad esso collegati (sensori, attuatori, interfacce uomo-macchina).
• Collaborare con il team di sviluppo e ingegneria per identificare e risolvere eventuali discrepanze tra i requisiti tecnici e le funzionalità del sistema.
• Monitorare e documentare i risultati dei test, fornendo feedback su prestazioni e possibili miglioramenti del sistema.
• Interfacciamento con la produzione per organizzare il corretto svolgimento delle attività
• Assicurare la conformità ai requisiti di qualità e sicurezza secondo le normative vigenti.
• Interfacciamento con PM ed eventualmente con i clienti durante il FAT interno per la propria area di competenza
• Redigere report di stato collaudo

Requisiti richiesti

• Ottima capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici e documenti tecnici, e specifiche macchina, facendo opportuna analisi ed approfondimento quando opportuno.
• Conoscenza di almeno 1 sistema di programmazione tra PLC Siemens o Rockwell.
• Conoscenza dei bus di campo Profinet/EthernetIP.
• Diploma o Qualifica tecnica.
• Discreta conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Requisiti Preferenziali:

• Gradita conoscenza di almeno un sistema robotico. (Fanuc, ABB, Kuka)
• Gradita conoscenza di sistema di visione
• Gradita conoscenza di Codesys.
• Gradita conoscenza di PLC Omron

L'offerta s'intende a scopo assunzione

La figura verrà inserita all'interno del reparto qualità e si occuperà di garantire la conformità ai disegni tecnici, alle tolleranze e agli standard ISO richieste dalla Norma. Le attività principali comprenderanno:

• Controllo dimensionale di pezzi meccanici con strumenti come calibri, micrometri, comparatori, altimetri, tamponi e macchina di misura tridimensionale
• Verifica visiva e strumentale trattamenti superficiali, e finiture del grezzo
• Lettura e interpretazione di disegni tecnici meccanici da schede di lavorazione
• Gestione delle non conformità: segnalazione, analisi e proposta di azioni correttive.
• Compilazione di report di controllo e documentazione tecnica (schede di collaudo, certificati di conformità).
• Collaborazione con ufficio tecnico e produzione per migliorare i processi e ridurre gli scarti e le non conformità.

La figura ideale possiede le seguenti caratteristiche:

• Diploma/qualifica tecnica in ambito meccanico o affini
• Gradita esperienza in officina meccanica o reparto qualità
• Gradita conoscenza delle normative ISO 9001 e ISO 14001
• Buona capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico e delle tolleranze geometriche

Ricerca ADDETTO/A CONTROLLO QUALITA’ per azienda situata nel bassanese operante nel settore plastico, che verrà inserito come addetto/a al controllo in accettazione dei materiali di fornitura, con riporto diretto al responsabile controllo qualità. La figura selezionata andrà a svolgere le seguenti attività:

• esecuzione di controlli visivi, estetici, dimensionali e funzionali;
• utilizzo di strumenti di misura meccanici ed elettronici, tra cui calibri, attrezzature di collaudo e strumenti progettati internamente;
• rilevazione e segnalazione di eventuali difetti secondo le procedure aziendali;
• inserimento e gestione dei dati relativi ai controlli tramite il sistema informatico aziendale.

La risorsa ideale possiede:

• diploma in ambito tecnico;
• esperienza in ambito controllo qualità;
• preferibile provenienza da settore plastico, metalmeccanico o elettrico;
• buona manualità e dimestichezza con strumenti di misura;
