La figura, riportando al IT Business Solution Manager, si occuperà di implementare le richieste in area logistica, supply chain e distribution in ambito IT, traducendo le richieste di business dell’area in soluzioni tecniche e strumenti innovativi.
Principali responsabilità:
- Coordinarsi con la funzione logistica e con il proprio Responsabile per sviluppare progetti e applicativi in base ai requisiti di budget e ai bisogni dell’area;
- Stesura dei requisiti funzionali e delle specifiche tecniche coordinandosi con i fornitori di riferimento e il business durante tutte le fasi della progettualità;
- Verificare che le interfacce tra i vari sistemi relativi ai processi dell’area di riferimento siano congruenti agli sviluppi e alle migliorie apportate;
- Svolgere attività di supporto e controllo sui database aziendali (Oracle, SQL etc.), effettuando attività di “data cleansing”, estrazioni dati e analisi specifiche.
- Supportare i processi di digitalizzazione dei processi di logistica inbound e outblund.
Formazione & Esperienza:
- Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale o Economia;
- Esperienza di 3-5in un ruolo analogo, preferibilmente in aziende multinazionali strutturate.
Skill tecniche:
- Conoscenza avanzata dei software di gestione di database (Oracle, MS, SQL Server);
- Conoscenza sistemi gestionali evoluti (Oracle JD Edwards);
- Conoscenza degli strumenti di Business Intelligence (Microsoft PowerBI, SAP Business Objects);
- Conoscenza dei principali flussi relativi alla logistica e distribuzione in contesti manufatturieri B2B;
- Conoscenza applicativi WMS e WCS a supporto della digitalizzazione e automazione della logistica interna;
- Conoscenza protocolli EDI (Electronic Data Interchanege);
- Conoscenza piattaforme e strumenti di integrazione(Oracle OCI, Boomi);

**Purpose**:
We - Business Solutions & SFE Team part of the CX Excellence department - are a looking for a talented Business Solutions Architect joining our team of professionals implementing different new platforms to support our CX Evolution programme. These CX platforms are part of Daiichi-Sankyo ambition to implement an end-to-end digital backbone to enable, streamline and facilitate engagement with HCPs. This includes storage of all relevant customer information, support of advanced analytics through harmonized, high quality customer data and to collect and allow analysis of customer feedback.

As a Business Solutions Architect you will establish our system in the hearts and souls of our end users enabling them to drive bespoke and tailored customer engagements creating the best possible customer experience. You will support all users how to best use the available functionality to max out the potential of our new platforms. This will include building a strong interface to our business teams (Marketing, Medical, Market Access), to understand and translate their needs into concepts that will drive system usage and adoption within our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for Customer Engagement and Business Solutions platforms (CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Veeva, Marketing Automation ) implementation, roll-out, data management and governance
- Management and maintenance of data platforms (such as Azure, ) and cloud management software (such as Snowflake )
- Drive continuous improvement of functionalities, optimal usage, release changes and best-practice processes of CRM, acting as Single Person of Contact toward our Head Quarter in Munich.
- Conduct gap analysis and communicate functional possible changes between current CRM (and other platforms) functionalities and all the needs collected.
- Ensure the successful roll out of new functions, driving high country adoption and train users as needed.
- Run all tests, UAT and follow-up of tickets as part of second line support team
- Provide technical and functional troubleshooting and administration of the solutions
- Support Customer Facing Roles in improving tool usage, leveraging not only data collection but maximising opportunity coming from a deep understanding of data analysis
- Collaborate with relevant internal departments and make sure to communicate information across all the key stakeholders.
- Support Sales Force Effectiveness key processes such as call planning, medical file management, call reporting, incentive compensation calculation, FF assistance & monitoring
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience with CRM systems, Content Management Platform, Marketing automation platform, Microsoft Power Platform ideally in Pharma or Life Science industry
- Preferable knowledge and familiarity with the most current Dynamics 365 Business Applications: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Dynamics for Marketing, Customer Insights
- Preferable good understanding and practice in sales force effectiveness management and business excellence processes
- Experienced in working within cross-functional and fast paced environments
- Strong communication skills
- Very good command of English language
- The position is office based in Rome

The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, data analytics, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.
The Strategy Manager will join the Global Monetization Strategy & Operations team in Southern Europe. This organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with cross-functional teams and prioritizing team needs. This role focuses on Strategy, Reporting, Projects, and Research. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify potential improvements and proactively develop solutions to enhance processes.
Responsibilities- Develop yearly and quarterly commercial strategies, including revenue goals, strategic initiatives (what), and tactics (how).
- Drive reporting & analytics: create dashboards and insightful reports, and recommend actionable solutions to foster business growth.
- Conceptualize and implement regional projects, such as identifying areas for improvement and leading change initiatives to generate impact.
- Conduct research and market sizing of industries, business models, products, and customers, deriving actionable recommendations.
- Partner closely with SEU senior and mid-management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate their perspectives.
- Experience in top-tier consulting or high-growth companies; experience in digital business models, media, and digital advertising is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to deliver goals with minimal supervision, strong time management skills, and adaptability to changing environments.
- Comfort with ambiguity and working in a cross-cultural environment; quick learner capable of developing in-depth industry knowledge.
- Structured thinker capable of addressing complex problems and developing pragmatic, impactful solutions.
- Ability to drive stakeholder decisions, defend unpopular opinions, and moderate differing viewpoints.
- Fluent in English and Italian or Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as this role involves working with local stakeholders.

- The Client Solutions team is responsible for campaign execution and success, working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to deliver best-in-class service to clients. The team collaborates with leading agencies and automotive brands in Italy to educate and inform them about the exciting evolution of TikTok as a marketing platform.
- Educate Finance & Government brands and ecosystem partners (media agencies, creative agencies, consulting firms) on TikTok’s marketing solutions and measurement capabilities.
- Develop media strategies, planning, and execution to ensure campaign success aligned with business goals.
- Support the Brand Partnerships Manager and Industry Activation Strategist in pre-sale research, strategy development, and pitch preparation.
- Define and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
- Manage and grow post-sale partner relationships with brands and agencies, ensuring strong engagement and business growth.
- Present findings and insights in a consultative manner to partners and collaborate with internal teams to provide a holistic solution.
- Monitor and analyze ad campaigns to identify optimization opportunities for improved performance and scalability.
- Work directly with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot partner issues on the platform.
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to building strong relationships with partners, in collaboration with the Brand Partnerships Manager.
- Minimum Qualification(s)
- Experience in digital marketing or account management in Finance & Government brands, agencies, or ad tech.
- Proven track record in managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech solutions.
- Full-funnel advertising campaign experience, including performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for social media and entertainment.
- As this role is focused on the Southern Europe markets, you will be presenting and leading using the Italian language. Full business fluency in Italian is essential for this roles success.
- Preferred Qualification(s)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder interests and requests simultaneously.
- Experience in client-facing roles and ability to engage C-Level stakeholders.
- Experience in managing highly structured business environments.
- Deep understanding of measurement solutions and how to leverage them to prove TikTok’s value to clients.
- Finance & Government industry knowledge is a plus.
