EP Produzione è la società italiana di generazione elettrica del Gruppo energetico ceco EPH. Con una capacità di generazione complessiva di 4,3 GW, attraverso cinque impianti a gas e uno a carbone, è il 5° produttore di energia in Italia.
La posizione prevede l’inserimento con contratto di stage per 6 mesi nell’area ICT di EP Produzione per un intervento di supporto ed efficientamento del servizio di Help Desk di primo livello in ambito ICT con focus sulle seguenti attività :
Responsibilities- Supporto alla formalizzazione di procedure e processi per l’erogazione dei servizi di Assistenza
- Collaborazione nei test di funzionamento e “fine tuning” di un Sw per la gestione di ticket per l’area ICT (modello ITIL)
- Preparazione della documentazione per la configurazione di un Sw per la gestione di ticket per l’area ICT (modello ITIL)
- Supporto alla redazione di manuali utente di un Sw per la gestione di ticket per l’area ICT e formazione agli utenti
- Attività di Help Desk di primo livello
- Attività di Desktop Management Service, legate a richieste, avanzate attraverso un Sw per la gestione di ticket per l’area ICT
- Supportare il referente del Service management sulla gestione dei servizi.
- Supporto nei processi e nell'implementazione degli strumenti di reporting ICT per aumentare la governance dei sistemi e delle infrastrutture.
- Monitoraggio di procedure / checklist e aggiornare la documentazione di supporto.
- Panoramica dei processi di Asset Management per una gestione ottimizzata e proattiva delle scorte ICT.
- Supporto nel monitoraggio della licenze e nel loro monitoraggio in termini di utilizzo, manutenzione e supporto.
- Buone capacità analitiche e di problem solving
- Forte autonomia e comportamento dinamico
- Personalità proattiva e volontà di contribuire attivamente.
- Predisposizione a lavorare in team con attitudine alle relazioni interpersonali;
Laurea in discipline scientifiche quali Informatica, Matematica, Fisica, Statistica o similiari materie scientifiche sarà considerata un plus

The team is responsible for the global governance, design, implementation, and service management of the network and communication and solutions. This includes overseeing the administration of these systems on a worldwide scale, ensuring their development and deployment in accordance with the company's goals, standards and business priorities, and delivering high-quality service to internal and external clients.
The internship will be focused on:
- Setting up a worldwide IP address Management solution (IPAM) as the first phase of a combined DDI solution from the functional analysis to the deployment and running stage.
- Ensuring that the network infrastructure/systems are reliable and correctly operative.
- Proposing plans and programs for the development of the technological area.
- Designing and Leading IT network and collaboration infrastructure projects.
- Monitoring network performance and ensuring the second level technological support by managing complex requests.
- Ensuring the security of the network through the access control.
- Defining network and service specifications together with internal and external clients.
- Defining and implement secure network architectures also in the OT environment and IT/OT secure integration.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in Electronics Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science or aspiring to be.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Good at working in a team.

**Tasks and responsibilities**

- Participate in inventory management and organizing stock.

- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Assist in training new team members as required.
- Take initiative in learning about best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge, and all category information.
- Previous retail experience is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to engage, connect, and build relationships with clients.
- Fluent in Italian and English, proficiency in a third language is a plus.
- Passion for fashion, art, and design, with a good sense of style.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
