Il ruolo è focalizzato sulla promozione dell’innovazione e dell’ottimizzazione dei processi all’interno dei sistemi informativi. La persona ideale ha un forte orientamento al problem solving, con capacità di progettare e migliorare i processi aziendali , nonché di implementare e gestire sistemi IT in diverse aree aziendali, come contabilità, supply chain, produzione e reporting.

Principali responsabilità:

• Guidare l’implementazione di sistemi IT per progetti legati all’innovazione dei processi, assicurando un’integrazione efficace tra processi e sistema;
• Supportare l’implementazione dei progetti attraverso l’analisi, la progettazione e l’ottimizzazione dei processi aziendali , in particolare nei settori contabilità, supply chain e reporting;
• Collaborare con gli stakeholder di business per identificare i bisogni, tradurli in requisiti funzionali , e definire processi implementabili nei sistemi IT;
• Coordinarsi con risorse interne ed esterne per garantire il raggiungimento delle milestone di progetto , rispettando tempi e budget;

Requisiti:

• 7-10 anni di esperienza in società di consulenza o realtà strutturate, preferibilmente con un background in implementazione di sistemi IT o innovazione dei processi IT;
• Laurea in ingegneria o economia;
• Solida conoscenza dei processi aziendali , in particolare contabilità, supply chain e reporting;
• Precedente esperienza in settori industriali (preferibilmente costruzioni e infrastrutture, energia, oil & gas), con esposizione a sistemi IT e implementazione di processi;
• Conoscenza di strumenti di project management (Microsoft Project, Miro, Visio, Monday.com);
• Capacità di gestione di team interni e fornitori esterni .

Job Overview

An Italian Solar PV Project Delivery Manager is a professional specializing in the construction and operational phases of solar photovoltaic (PV) projects. This role involves assessing risks throughout the Development and EPC activities associated with Alantras solar PV and BESS plants in Italy.

As a Solar PV Project Delivery Manager you will be instrumental in supporting the Development and EPC phases of our Italian PV projects. Your responsibilities will include monitoring key aspects of permitting engineering procurement and construction. You will contribute to achieving project objectives and provide insightful analyses to inform senior managements decisionmaking.

Your work will encompass overseeing and consolidating EPC agreements and all tehe permits related to construction and commissioning conducting site visits attending (in person or remotely) biweekly construction meetings and ensuring clarity and accuracy throughout project development and construction. Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide technical clarification and support to the EPC contractors project management team and external advisor.

Requirements :

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Civil Engineering or a related field (a Masters in Renewables is advantageous) OR a minimum of 5 years of verifiable technical experience in the development or construction of solar power plants and / or interconnection facilities (electrical lines and substations).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience within the energy market.
• Solid understanding of renewable energy with a specific focus on Solar PV.
• Knowledge of technical specifications and regulations related to MV / HV grid connections in Italy.

Job Purpose

Within our Digital Technology Department, the Mobile & On-board Technical Delivery Project Manager is responsible for managing all technological aspects related to specific streams / projects as part of the MSC for Me, our industry-first cross-channel digital tech. platform designed to enhance the guest’s experience across the entire customer journey.

This key position collaborates with a technology team consisting of several internal resources and a large pool of external consultants and is responsible for the overall management of the assigned project (including change requests/enhancements analysis, design and development, systems operations, monitoring, maintenance, incident management, continuous improvement, etc.).

Key Accountabilities

• Working within our SAFe framework, lead and manage end-to-end streams / projects , ensuring successful delivery of technology initiatives within budget, scope, and timeline;

• Specific experience in web, mobile, and integration architectures with a proven track record of success. Former experience of technical development, either back-end or front-end, is an advantage with expertise in Flutter/React Native technologies and Adobe CMS a strong advantage.
• Expertise in modern software delivery models and processes (i.e., Agile, DevOps); Knowledge of the Atlassian suite – Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of cyber security best practices and the ability to work closely with the company's cyber security department to ensure data security and privacy.
• Working understanding of both cloud and on-premise environments and associated technologies.
• Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Italian; any other language is an advantage.
• Real team-player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable in dealing with colleagues and partners with different roles and backgrounds.
• Availability to travel, up to 20% on an annual basis (mainly on-board ships and in Geneva offices)
