Our Company is looking for a Project Delivery Manager to lead the planning and execution of research and development projects, acting as the strategic link between the CTO and the operational R&D teams.
This role is responsible for translating strategic direction into executable plans, ensuring that product and technology development projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Objectives
- Ensure the successful delivery of R&D projects by bridging strategic and operational levels

Job Overview :
Stiamo cercando un Solar PV Project Delivery Manager per gestire la fase di costruzione e operativa dei nostri progetti fotovoltaici in Italia. Questa figura si occuperà della gestione tecnica e del monitoraggio delle attività di sviluppo e EPC , con particolare focus sulla gestione dei rischi e sulla supervisione delle fasi di permitting , ingegneria , acquisti e costruzione .
Responsabilità principali :
Coordinare e fornire supporto tecnico al team di gestione del progetto dell'EPC contractor e ai consulenti esterni.
Servire come punto di riferimento tecnico con gli operatori di rete (ENEL / TERNA).
Gestire il processo di autorizzazione con le autorità locali (Comune, Provincia, Regione) per chiarimenti tecnici relativi ai permessi.
Collaborare con sviluppatori locali e consulenti esterni per tutti gli aspetti tecnici del processo autorizzativo.
Monitorare il progresso tecnico del progetto rispetto al piano e preparare report regolari sullo stato avanzamento lavori.
Supervisionare e ottimizzare la progettazione tecnica (meccanica ed elettrica) degli impianti fotovoltaici su larga scala.
Supportare la documentazione tecnica durante tutto il processo di autorizzazione, garantendo la prontezza per l'inizio della costruzione.
Monitorare e garantire la conformità ai permessi necessari durante la costruzione, in allineamento con le richieste contrattuali dell'EPC.
Durante la costruzione, gestire la documentazione, fornire commenti e approvare i deliverables e i disegni presentati dall'EPC contractor.

Requisiti :

Almeno 5 anni di esperienza tecnica verificabile nello sviluppo o nella costruzione di impianti fotovoltaici e / o strutture di interconnessione (linee elettriche e sottostazioni).
Almeno 2 anni di esperienza professionale nel mercato dell'energia.

Job Overview :
Stiamo cercando un Solar PV Project Delivery Manager per gestire la fase di costruzione e operativa dei nostri progetti fotovoltaici in Italia. Questa figura si occuperà della gestione tecnica e del monitoraggio delle attività di sviluppo e EPC , con particolare focus sulla gestione dei rischi e sulla supervisione delle fasi di permitting , ingegneria , acquisti e costruzione .
Responsabilità principali :
Coordinare e fornire supporto tecnico al team di gestione del progetto dell'EPC contractor e ai consulenti esterni.
Servire come punto di riferimento tecnico con gli operatori di rete (ENEL / TERNA).
Gestire il processo di autorizzazione con le autorità locali (Comune, Provincia, Regione) per chiarimenti tecnici relativi ai permessi.
Collaborare con sviluppatori locali e consulenti esterni per tutti gli aspetti tecnici del processo autorizzativo.
Monitorare il progresso tecnico del progetto rispetto al piano e preparare report regolari sullo stato avanzamento lavori.
Supervisionare e ottimizzare la progettazione tecnica (meccanica ed elettrica) degli impianti fotovoltaici su larga scala.
Supportare la documentazione tecnica durante tutto il processo di autorizzazione, garantendo la prontezza per l'inizio della costruzione.
Monitorare e garantire la conformità ai permessi necessari durante la costruzione, in allineamento con le richieste contrattuali dell'EPC.
Durante la costruzione, gestire la documentazione, fornire commenti e approvare i deliverables e i disegni presentati dall'EPC contractor.
Supervisionare e gestire l'acquisizione di permessi aggiuntivi durante la fase di costruzione, se necessario.
Requisiti :
Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Elettrica , Ingegneria Civile o settori affini (la laurea in Energie Rinnovabili è un plus).
Almeno 5 anni di esperienza tecnica verificabile nello sviluppo o nella costruzione di impianti fotovoltaici e / o strutture di interconnessione (linee elettriche e sottostazioni).
Almeno 2 anni di esperienza professionale nel mercato dell'energia.
Solida comprensione delle energie rinnovabili , con particolare focus sul fotovoltaico .
Conoscenza delle specifiche tecniche e delle normative relative alle connessioni MT / AT in Italia.
Approccio lavorativo autonomo con capacità di reporting al direttore EPC.
Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente all'interno dell'Italia.
Fluente in italiano e inglese (la conoscenza dello spagnolo è un plus).
Motivazione e capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e pratico.
Ottime capacità comunicative e capacità di lavorare in un team multiculturale.
Competenza intermedia-avanzata in Excel / Google Sheets e PowerPoint .
Forte capacità di analisi e attenzione ai dettagli.
