Seguirà le categorie di discussione con il supporto dei moderatori, al fine di generare coinvolgimento diretto in un ambiente in cui i membri si sentano liberi e sicuri di esprimersi e di dialogare in modo costruttivo.
Darà supporto in modo particolare sulle seguenti attività :
- Creazione di contenuti da veicolare sulla Community che rispondano alle esigenze della Banca e alle linee guida delle Tribe di prodotto e dell’ufficio Brand / Social Media Policy.
- Supporto alle discussioni della Community.
- Supporto ai canali distributivi nella gestione e comunicazione delle informazioni commerciali, apprendendo le logiche delle sinergie tra diversi canali distributivi ed analisi dei relativi dati.
- Requisiti richiesti
- Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione o materie umanistiche
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e Power Point)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese
- Conoscenza di Web Marketing e gráfica
- Doti creative
- Conoscenza di software di editing fotografico, nonché di strumenti di gestione dei social media.
