We are looking for motivated professionals to join our Video Activation Team in Milan. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in TV and CTV (Connected TV) media planning, who are passionate about delivering high-quality media activations that align with client objectives and campaign priorities.
Job Description :
As a Video Consultant – TV & CTV, you will :
Campaign Management :
- Organize and activate TV and CTV video campaigns, ensuring objectives are clearly defined and achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Plan and execute TV and CTV media campaigns based on the strategy provided by the activation manager.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure results meet or exceed client expectations.
- Support team members in delivering high-quality outputs, providing feedback and performing quality control on deliverables.
- Ensure the team understands client KPIs and has the tools and guidance to deliver against those targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive efficiency and excellence in campaign delivery.
Client Success :
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on TV and CTV campaigns, offering actionable insights.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing challenges proactively and managing expectations effectively.
Process Improvement :
- Support the implementation of commercial agreements related to TV and CTV planning.
- Contribute to the optimization of resource allocation to ensure the right expertise is applied at the right time for campaign success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in TV and / or CTV media planning or activation
- Excellent knowledge of Kubik, AQX, Arianna, and MCS
- Strong understanding of TV and CTV media platforms, tools, and processes
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of video campaigns across linear TV and CTV
- Proficiency in analyzing performance data and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken

Your RoleEnsuring a holistic approach is taken to the EMEA Content Roll on MAX in a specific market / markets in collaboration with the Content Planning leadership team and the wider content organisation.
Together with the Director of Content Planning & Subscriber Experience Lead the local Regional Content Planning & Scheduling for the assigned market ensuring we have an aligned approach combined with a clear local focus across MAX EMEA.
Plays a key and strategic part in the launch and BAU Management of the MAX content offering for assigned market considering both Global and Local content initiatives. Making sure sound editorial decisions are taken based on data, local input and global guidance.
Ensuring all content roll out plans are up to date and sharing it within the team and the wider business as the short-, medium- and long-term plans are evaluated and set. Serve as the bridge between the local content needs and global content roll outs working closely with the whole Content Planning & Subscriber Experience team.
Your Role Accountabilities- Planning and defining the ultimate local proposition based on customer needs and consumption data.
- Closely monitor regional trends and consumer facing preferences and trackign industry trends to advise on future content acquisitons and originals greenlighting decissions.
- Maintain and up-to-date knowledge of competitors schedules, competing content launches and major competitive initiatives.
- Supporting the Director of Content Planning and EMEA leads as well as our central teams in all aspects of planning ensuring the strongest possible plans are put in place and executed and that all variables are accounted for.
- Supporting the EMEA leadership to make sure we have the content mix needed to produce consumer focused and competitive schedules, that ultimately help drive customer acquisitions, engagement and retention.
- Together with the team, working with the Content Strategy and Analysis team to ensure we take advantage of available data and use it when planning as well as acquiring content.
- Maintains an overview of all content types and works with the other planning manager and team to ensure we are aligned, and team is working towards optimizing the content release across EMEA.
- Expand and maintain an inventory database and tracking system (AT and GANTT) to provide management with oversight of content availability on MAX in terms of volume, mix of genres and quota fulfilment.
- Overseeing the local planning documentation with short term and forward plans and ensuring data accuracy on up and downstream teams for MAX
- Support in the strategy for the local content plans and detailed roll out plans, ensuring that they accurately reflect the overall strategy and priorities of key stakeholders at any point in time.
- Create and communicate detailed contingency and business continuity plans for anticipated and unanticipated changes to the schedules
- Ensuring we share and take advantage of all content within EMEA and informing key stakeholders of content roll out.
- Work closely with our LatAm, Apac, and US colleagues on alignment and content roll out of MAX Originals and sharing best practices.
- Work with local Acquisitions VP’s on avail list, inventories for the month and content expiration ensuring there is a steady flow of content to the EMEA platforms.
- Work closely with the MAX EMEA Merchandising group and leading the team to ensure avail list, inventories and content expiration being supported and displayed on platform as expected based on medalling and other frameworks.
- Work closely with the WBD Ops team and media supply chain to ensure a smooth and consistent roll out of content plans.
- Act as key point of contact with operations and acquisitions when there are delivery delays that will affect content premiere dates for assigned content types ensuring updates are communicates to their local regions.
- Use analytics and work with Content Strategy Team and Data Insights and Planning Team on volumes by categories and demo target.
- Close cooperation with localisations and content ops, ensuring the timely availability of localizations (subs and dubs where customary).
- Fluent in English.
- Solid experience in digital media / stream platforms or network.
- Have excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the organization.
- Previous experience leading a team.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Able to work well under pressure, complete projects successfully and respond to changing demands and priorities whilst maintaining a flexible and positive attitude.

Coordina le scadenze, revisiona i contenuti e garantisce che vengano rispettati i tempi di pubblicazione.
Ufficio stampa & media relationsSupporta nella gestione delle relazioni con giornalisti, media e influencer di settore, sia a livello nazionale che internazionale.
Coordina agenzie di PR per garantire allineamento strategico con la comunicazione aziendale.
Redige e ottimizza comunicati stampa, interviste, speech e materiali di comunicazione per il top management.
Organizza conferenze stampa, eventi media e press tour e monitora la copertura mediatica e redige report di media analysis.

Laurea in Comunicazione, Giornalismo, Marketing, Digital PR o discipline affini.
Gradita esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni nel content marketing preferibilmente in agenzie di comunicazione o aziende strutturate.
Competenze avanzate di SEO (con focus su keyword research, ottimizzazione on-page e strategia di link building) e conoscenza delle principali piattaforme di content management

Famigliarità con gli strumenti di monitoraggio media e reportistica dei media.

Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nel ruolo di Digital Content Creator per azienda manifatturiera limitrofa a Bassano del Grappa (VI)
Responsabilità principali:
- Creazione, ideazione e pubblicazione di contenuti digitali (video, grafiche, articoli blog, post social) e personalizzazione dei contenuti in base ai linguaggi e ai formati delle diverse piattaforme (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, ecc.)
- Monitoraggio delle performance dei contenuti pubblicati, con analisi dei dati e suggerimenti per il miglioramento e collaborazione con il team marketing
- Gestione dei Social media aziendali, interazione con la community online, moderazione dei commenti e gestione delle conversazioni in linea con il tono del brand
- Analisi delle performance dei contenuti e coordinamento con il team grafico e il reparto marketing per garantire coerenza tra contenuti organici e paid media.
- Editing e Ottimizzazione dei Contenuti con revisione, perfezionamento e adattamento dei contenuti esistenti secondo le esigenze e per i motori di ricerca (SEO)
Requisiti:
- Esperienza pregressa nella creazione e gestione di contenuti digitali in contesti fashion, sportivi o lifestyle
- Competenze tecniche in video editing, grafica (es. Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva), CMS (es. WordPress o Shopify)
- Conoscenza delle best practice SEO, delle dinamiche social e dei principali strumenti di analytics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, ecc.)
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
