CREATIVE DIRECTOR/CONTENT CREATOR
Managing a creative team is one hell of a challenge.
We look for a mastermind of ideas in an electrifying environment.
Someone able to inspire and take creative concepts to a whole new level of knockout.
The Core Of This Role
- Sketch out fresh creative strategies that translate complex ideas into compelling digital materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences.
- Lead, inspire, and supervise a cross-functional team of highly creative thinkers and doers. (Graphic designers, copywriters, videographers, web developers in the strategic development of direction and deliverables)in a wide variety of innovative campaigns, with the freedom to influence corporate communication and the chance to create elegant, on-trend designs every day.
- Build the internal team to meet partner needs while inspiring and developing our think tank of accredited freelancers to create high-quality deliverables.
- Partner with the Agency’s Key Accounts and manage the production team to execute jobs successfully on deadline and to brief
- Align priorities with Chief Communication Officer and with the Executives of sister companies in Europe, US, and China.
- Provide feedback to team members with sensitivity and honesty, helping them to grow and develop their skills
Experience you will need:
- experience as a Creative Director in an up-to-the-minute marketing/communication agency, from developing vision and strategy to overseeing project management on time and budget.
- Experience leading a small team of designers and providing professional support and development for junior and senior designers
- A convincing portfolio demonstrating your passion for elegance and disruption
- The confidence to try new things, and a passion for big ideas and storytelling
- The ability to work collaboratively in a testing environment

Often working under tight deadlines while overseeing multiple projects, the design director must be a skilled manager of creative teams (including but not limited to art directors, copywriters, content strategists, graphic artists, and designers). The creative group head must be an effective communicator, especially when it comes to relaying creative concepts to design teams and company stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Distill abstract business concepts and client needs into elegant creative solutions.
- Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members who work under them.
- Pitch ideas confidently and present the creative vision clearly to clients, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of the creative team.
- Display excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Have strong people management and leadership skills to hire, develop, and inspire the creative team.
- Ensure all of the organization’s or client’s creative output and visuals are consistent with the overall brand.
- Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
- A degree in a visual field or equivalent professional experience.
- Five or more years of experience as a senior-level visual designer.
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and develop plans to meet or exceed them.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions effectively to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting, synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
- Extensive supervisory experience, including leadership, team building, and delegation, managing a creative team.
- Enthusiasm for collaborating and communicating closely with teams and stakeholders via a distributed model to deliver design solutions for approval.
