Responsabilità:

• Analizzare i requisiti di progetto e trasformarli in wireframe , prototipi e interfacce utente complete e funzionali ;
• Collaborare attivamente con product manager , analisti e sviluppatori per definire user flow e customer journey ottimali ;
• Progettare componenti UI coerenti, riutilizzabili e conformi alle linee guida di design aziendali ;
• Sviluppare prototipi interattivi ad alta fedeltà per testare e validare l’usabilità delle soluzioni proposte;
• Condurre test di usabilità e raccogliere feedback degli utenti per iterare e migliorare costantemente il design .
• Padronanza di tool di design come Figma , Sketch , Adobe XD, InVision o simili;
• Conoscenza di principi di usabilità, accessibilità e design responsive;
• Capacità di creare wireframe , mockup e prototipi ad alta fedeltà;
• Conoscenza di base di HTML/CSS è un plus.

Professione : UX / UI Designer

Il / la UX / UI Designer è prima di tutto sensibile ai cambiamenti dell’ambiente (digitale ma non solo).

Questo significa che deve essere una persona connessa i micro e macro trend sociali e tecnologici che generano continuamente nuove le esigenze cognitive, e sensibilità estetiche e emozionali degli utenti.

A un livello più tecnico, è un / a professionista con una grande passione per l’ergonomia, ma interessato trasversalmente ad ogni aspetto che influenza la strategia di progettazione di un’esperienza digitale (dati, psicologia cognitiva, tecnologia, marketing…).

• Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in UI Design in contesti dinamici (agenzia, startup o aziende complesse).
• Capacità di gestire in autonomia i task di UI: realizzazione di interfacce responsive, design system, prototipazione ad alta fedeltà.
• Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti di design e prototipazione (Figma in primis).
• Sensibilità estetica e attenzione ai dettagli, con forte orientamento all’usabilità.
• Competenze di base di UX Design (wireframing, user flow, prototyping low-fi) e forte interesse a crescere su questo fronte.
• La volontà di crescere ed integrare la propria metodologia di lavoro con soluzioni di Intelligenza Artificiale.
• Passione per “l’umano digitale” e le sue esigenze più profonde.
• Capacità di collaborare in team multidisciplinari (developer, strategist, UX researcher).
• Curiosità verso il mondo esterno, il contesto digitale e digitalizzato in cui viviamo e sui nuovi cultural trend.
• Simpatia, empatia, voglia di metterti in gioco e di crescere in un contesto in crescita.
• Buona conoscenza dell’inglese.

• Portfolio strutturato e ragionato da discutere insieme.
