Chief Technology Officer (CTO) OSL Pay is at the forefront of innovation in the digital payments landscape, committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions that enhance user experience and drive operational efficiency. We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology and product development strategy and ensure alignment with our business objectives.
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the organization and driving innovation to achieve technological excellence. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or the General Manager, the CTO will collaborate closely with other executives to develop scalable, secure, and forward-looking tech solutions that support OSL Pay’s mission.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of new products, services, and systems to meet market demands and enhance user experience.
- Supervise the engineering, development, and IT teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery aligned with business goals.
- Design and maintain the core platform architecture to support business operations while implementing new features and technical integrations that enhance the platform's capabilities.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve the company’s competitiveness and efficiency in the digital payments space.
- Optimize performance, manage uptime, and scale systems to accommodate growth, ensuring that system architecture and infrastructure meet current and future business needs.
- Oversee cybersecurity strategies to protect company data and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
- Develop and maintain ICT systems to ensure segregation and traceability of client assets in compliance with the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR).
- Enable auditability and logging of transactions for regulatory recordkeeping and supervision.
- Build and manage a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the ICT Security Function to ensure secure development practices are implemented throughout the technology lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or in a senior technical management position within the fintech or digital payments sectors.
- Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and emerging technologies related to digital payments and cryptocurrencies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and scalability.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) OSL Pay is at the forefront of innovation in the digital payments landscape, committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions that enhance user experience and drive operational efficiency. We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology and product development strategy and ensure alignment with our business objectives.
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the organization and driving innovation to achieve technological excellence. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or the General Manager, the CTO will collaborate closely with other executives to develop scalable, secure, and forward-looking tech solutions that support OSL Pay’s mission.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of new products, services, and systems to meet market demands and enhance user experience.
- Supervise the engineering, development, and IT teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery aligned with business goals.
- Design and maintain the core platform architecture to support business operations while implementing new features and technical integrations that enhance the platform's capabilities.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve the company’s competitiveness and efficiency in the digital payments space.
- Optimize performance, manage uptime, and scale systems to accommodate growth, ensuring that system architecture and infrastructure meet current and future business needs.
- Oversee cybersecurity strategies to protect company data and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
- Develop and maintain ICT systems to ensure segregation and traceability of client assets in compliance with the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR).
- Enable auditability and logging of transactions for regulatory recordkeeping and supervision.
- Build and manage a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the ICT Security Function to ensure secure development practices are implemented throughout the technology lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or in a senior technical management position within the fintech or digital payments sectors.
- Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and emerging technologies related to digital payments and cryptocurrencies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and scalability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
