We are looking for a professional to join the CRM Dept. as Customer Relationship Specialist, reporting to the Customer Relationship Team Leader and supporting the team in enhancing and executing the marketing automation and tactical campaigns in the post-booking phase.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform marketing automation activities including, but not limited to, designing, scheduling, testing, and deployment of one-shot, recurring, triggered and dynamic campaigns.
- Build and deploy email campaigns : editing, verifying copy, layout, links and dynamic content.
- Review campaign performance with the team to continuously evolve and improve campaign results.
- Report key metrics to internal stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution.

Cerchiamo un Customer Relationship Manager per unirsi al nostro team a Bologna.

Dovrai condividere con la clientela le novità dello studio circa i servizi offerti, nonché supportare lo sviluppo di nuove aree di clientela. Dovrai coordinarti con i vari dipartimenti per assicurare che ogni cliente riceva un servizio personalizzato e di alta qualità. Questa posizione richiede un approccio proattivo e una forte orientamento verso il cliente.
Attività Principali- Gestione del portafoglio clienti attivo per tutte le realtà del gruppo
- Attività di recupero e riattivazione di clienti dormienti
- Sviluppo di nuove aree di clientela, in sinergia con le attività dello studio e delle altre società
- Supporto nella definizione di strategie commerciali e relazionali
- Monitoraggio della customer satisfaction e analisi dei feedback
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di Customer Relationship o Account Management (preferibilmente in contesti B2B)
- Ottime doti comunicative, relazionali e organizzative
- Capacità di lavorare in team e in autonomia su progetti trasversali
- Conoscenza di base degli strumenti digitali di CRM
- Gradita, ma non indispensabile, la provenienza dal settore legale o consulenziale
- Il candidato ideale deve possedere competenze in gestione delle relazioni con i clienti e gestione dei feedback
- È fondamentale avere una solida conoscenza in comunicazione efficace e risoluzione dei conflitti per garantire un servizio clienti eccellente
- Esperienza nel settore della gestione del cliente è altamente consigliata, con particolare attenzione alla personalizzazione del servizio
