Job Purpose
MSC Cruises is the world’s third-largest cruise brand and a leader in Europe, South America, the Gulf region, and Southern Africa. It has a strong presence in the Caribbean, North America, and Far East markets. Headquartered in Geneva, MSC Cruises is part of MSC Group, a Swiss-based shipping and logistics conglomerate with over 300 years of maritime heritage. The company operates a modern fleet of 22 cruise ships, with three new vessels launching in 2025, 2026, and 2027.
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to join our CRM Department, reporting to the Team Leader. The role involves supporting marketing automation and tactical campaigns in the post-booking phase.
Key Accountabilities
- Design, schedule, test, and deploy marketing automation campaigns, including one-shot, recurring, triggered, and dynamic campaigns.
- Build and deploy email campaigns, editing copy, verifying layout, links, and dynamic content.
- Review campaign performance and collaborate with the team to improve results.
- Report key metrics weekly and monthly to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, list segmentation, and other email execution aspects.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in campaign management and guest engagement.
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language (Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish, French).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, AJO, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
- Background in Digital Marketing or CRM is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with proactive teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilità principali
- Progettare e gestire attività di automazione dei processi di marketing e sales per clienti B2B e B2C
- Sviluppare e implementare strategie CRM per migliorare l’esperienza cliente e le conversioni dei lead
- Supervisionare l’implementazione e la gestione delle piattaforme CRM dei clienti
Attività principali
- Analisi dei processi aziendali e mappatura dei flussi di gestione dei lead
- Sviluppo della strategia CRM basata su target, buyer personas, competitor e customer journey
- Configurazione operativa di software di email marketing e marketing automation e dei relativi flussi
- Creazione e implementazione di lead scoring e processi di lead management
- Individuazione di opportunità per ottimizzare l’uso del CRM (pipeline, workflow, automazioni)
- Analisi e segmentazione del database clienti
- Creazione di campagne profilate per fidelizzare i clienti
- Progettazione e implementazione di sales funnel
- Definizione di piani editoriali per campagne di email marketing in collaborazione con il team comunicazione e i clienti
- Gestione, monitoraggio e ottimizzazione delle campagne
- Creazione di dashboard personalizzate e analisi dei KPI
- Formazione dei clienti sull’uso del CRM
- Partecipazione a meeting interni e con i clienti
- Esperienza minima di 5 anni in agenzia o come freelance
- Certificazioni HubSpot (obbligatorie)
- Conoscenza o certificazioni su altri CRM rappresentano un plus
