Stiamo cercando un/una Data Integration Specialist con consolidata esperienza in ambito ETL e processi di Data Integration , con particolare focus sulle piattaforme Talend e Qlik Fabric Cloud . La risorsa sarà inserita nel team IT/Data Management e si occuperà della progettazione, implementazione e manutenzione di flussi di integrazione dati complessi a supporto delle diverse aree aziendali, sfruttando le potenzialità del cloud e delle moderne architetture dati.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Gestire progetti di Data Integration/Data Management . Dalla definizione dell’architettura, alla definizione dei flussi, alla gestione delle fasi di sviluppo.
- Progettare, sviluppare e ottimizzare processi ETL utilizzando Talend Data Integration .
- Sviluppare e gestire pipeline di dati sfruttando Qlik Fabric Cloud per garantire scalabilità e integrazione nativa con ambienti cloud.
- Gestire flussi di dati per alimentare sistemi di Data Warehouse, Data Lake e applicazioni analitiche .
- Monitorare, testare e manutenere i processi ETL, garantendo performance e qualità del dato.
- Implementare logiche di data quality, cleansing e deduplicazione .
- Collaborare con i team di Data Governance e Data Analytics per assicurare coerenza e tracciabilità dei dati.
- Produrre documentazione tecnica e supportare la fase di deployment in ambienti di test e produzione.
- Fornire supporto su progetti con architetture complesse basate su Qlik e Talend
- Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in progetti di Data Integration e sviluppo ETL .
- Ottima conoscenza di Talend Data Integration (preferibilmente versione Enterprise).
- Esperienza operativa su Qlik Fabric Cloud per la gestione e l’integrazione dei dati in ambienti cloud.
- Competenza su database relazionali (es. Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL ) e conoscenza di SQL avanzato.
- Esperienza nell’integrazione con sistemi cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) e/o Big Data (Hadoop, Spark) costituisce un plus.
- Familiarità con pratiche di versioning (Git) e metodologie Agile .
- Conoscenza di architetture a container (Docker, Kubernetes) .
- Esperienza con API e microservizi .
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di team leadership
- Capacità di analisi, problem solving e forte orientamento al risultato .

- Manages the Data & Integration Product team to deliver the agreed Product roadmap, delivering valuable, robust, and secure data analytics solutions for the business and DI function.

Responsibilities- Design/implement automation and manage our massive data infrastructure to scale for the analytics needs of case management.
- Build solutions to achieve BAA(Best At Amazon) standards for system efficiency, IMR efficiency, data availability, consistency & compliance.
- Enable efficient data exploration, experimentation of large datasets on our data platform and implement data access control mechanisms for stand-alone datasets
- Design and implement scalable and cost effective data infrastructure to enable Non-IN(Emerging Marketplaces and WW) use cases on our data platform
- Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL, Amazon and AWS big data technologies
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be self-driven, and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive operational excellence strongly within the team and build automation and mechanisms to reduce operations
- Enjoy working closely with your peers in a group of very smart and talented engineers.
- 3+ years of data engineering experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language, such as Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS
- Experience as a data engineer or related specialty (e.g., software engineer, business intelligence engineer, data scientist) with a track record of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large datasets
- Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions
- Experience building large-scale, high-throughput, 24x7 data systems
- Experience with big data technologies such as: Hadoop, Hive, Spark, EMR
- Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring other engineers for best practices on data engineering

Key job responsibilitiesOur Controls Design Engineers:
- Are controls subject matter experts (SMEs) with knowledge of building operations, electrical generation and distribution equipment (generators, UPS, etc.), mechanical plant and strategies (AHUs, chillers, etc.), BMS/EPMS programming concepts, control diagrams, industrial HVAC, electrical line-ups, one-line diagrams, and complex environmental and electrical concepts
- Create, maintain, and disseminate project specific scope of work (SOW) documents, specifications and engineering drawings as well as global design standards
- Operate in high security critical environments while maximizing productivity
- Innovate to develop new solutions to support both team and company goals and initiatives
- Interpret and develop a combination of mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawings
- Are a central point of contact as technical subject matter experts for multiple internal and external groups regarding mechanical and electrical controls standards
- Manage and prioritize requests for information on new construction builds, existing site facilities support and legacy site enhancement projects
- Ensure systems are deployed and commissioned to our documented standards
- Strive for frugality through budgetary review and approval with a strong customer focus and ability to interpret customer needs
- Are technical subject matter experts in mechanical and/or electrical controls
- Anticipate roadblocks and risks while providing escalation management
- Work quickly and autonomously to deep dive and resolve unexpected challenges
- Effectively manage external consultants’ performance ensuring high quality delivery
- Review vendor bid packages and make selection recommendations
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously
- Interact with AWS cloud services and other applications in order to present, archive and analyse accumulated data
- Solve problems to drive results whilst handling multiple tasks
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed to manage your projects (circa 25% of the time)
A day in the life
As part of the EMEA controls design team, you will work with highly motivated experts and innovators in the data center industry. You will lead the electrical and mechanical controls design of critical infrastructure projects including HV Substations, Leased and Colocation Data Centres. You will work on developing new processes and standards and test new innovations in the controls space utilizing Amazon leadership principles.
