Siamo alla ricerca di un Data Scientist Senior per un’azienda leader nella consulenza IT, in grado di analizzare grandi quantità di dati per fornire informazioni utili a migliorare le performance aziendali dei clienti. Il candidato lavorerà a stretto contatto con gli stakeholder interni ed esterni, sviluppando modelli predittivi e implementando algoritmi di machine learning per estrarre valore dai dati aziendali. Questo ruolo richiede competenze sia tecniche che analitiche, oltre alla capacità di tradurre risultati complessi in informazioni utilizzabili dai decision-maker.

Attività principali :

• Analizzare grandi set di dati per identificare trend e modelli che possono essere sfruttati per prendere decisioni aziendali strategiche.
• Sviluppare modelli predittivi e algoritmi di machine learning per migliorare l’efficienza operativa e ottimizzare i processi aziendali.
• Collaborare con i team di sviluppo per integrare i modelli analitici nelle soluzioni IT aziendali.
• Tradurre i risultati delle analisi in report chiari e dettagliati per stakeholder e dirigenti.
• Partecipare a progetti di innovazione digitale e supportare il team nel definire soluzioni innovative basate sull’analisi dei dati.
• Laurea in Matematica, Statistica, Informatica o titoli equivalenti, preferibilmente con Master in Data Science.
• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in analisi dei dati e sviluppo di modelli di machine learning.
• Ottima conoscenza dei linguaggi di programmazione Python, R e di strumenti di data visualization (es. Tableau, Power BI).
• Capacità di lavorare in team e ottime doti di comunicazione per spiegare concetti tecnici a persone non tecniche.
• Approccio proattivo e orientato ai risultati, con forte attenzione al dettaglio.
