La risorsa si occuperà di supportare i clienti durante l’intero ciclo di vita dell’applicativo, dall’analisi dei dati fino alla loro rappresentazione attraverso dashboard.

Posizione Richiesta

• Laurea in discipline tecnico-scentifiche
• Conoscenza di almeno uno dei principali tool di Data Visualization: QlikView, QlikSense, PowerBI
• Capacità di modellazione dati a supporto della fase di preparazione dati
• Gradita conoscenza di uno o più linguaggi di programmazione (Python, R, SQL, etc.) per analisi ed integrazione dati originati da sistemi differenti, facendo leva su avanzate tecniche di Analytics
• Conoscenza piattaforma Microstrategy
• Gradite competenze in ambito UX/UI
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese

Costituiscono infine titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di tool di ETL, Data Warehouse/Big Data.

As a Data Engineering / Data Visualization & Analytics expert, you will collaborate with a diverse Agile team to build high-quality data pipelines that create analytic solutions. You will focus on generating insights from connected data, ensuring advanced data-driven decision-making capabilities. You will build and maintain data systems and constructing datasets that are optimized for analysis, supporting Business Intelligence requirements and downstream systems. You will report to the DD&T Lead.

How you will contribute

• Background in data engineering and data visualization along with experience in Agile project management methodologies.
• Design, develop, optimize, and maintain data architecture and pipelines that follow ETL principles and business goals.
• Define data requirements, gather and mine large-scale structured and unstructured data, and validate data using various tools in the Big Data Environment.
• Support Data Scientists in data sourcing and preparation to visualize data and synthesize insights of commercial value.
• Perform data manipulation and queries using SQL independently.
• Develop scripts and applications in Python for complex data processing needs.
• Lead the evaluation, implementation, and deployment of emerging tools and processes for analytic data engineering to improve productivity.
• Partner with business analysts and solutions architects to develop technical architectures for strategic enterprise projects and initiatives.
• Implement statistical data quality procedures on new data sources by applying rigorous iterative data analytics.
• Advise, consult and coach other data and analytic professionals on data standards and practices.
• Create advanced data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau or in PowerBI.
• Apply machine learning techniques to predict outcomes and increase business processes.
• Have solid knowledge of industry practices and contribute to departmental projects and goals, often engaging in frequent internal and external interactions.
• Occasionally lead small project teams and provide informal guidance to junior staff.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience (2+ years) as a Data Engineer and/or Data Visualization & Analytics Expert.
• Experience of SQL, implementing complex queries and managing databases.

SDG Group è alla ricerca di un Senior Data Visualization Specialist appassionato, energico e dinamico.

Il ruolo prevede la gestione e il coordinamento di progetti end-to-end incluse attività di raccolta dei requisiti e progettazione del modello di dati più appropriato, disegno di dashboard, report e regole di governance e best practices per poter soddisfare le esigenze del cliente.

È richiesta inoltre la capacità di creare nuove opportunità commerciali, gestire team e delivery di progetto.

Responsabilità:

• Disegnare i data model per garantire reporting efficaci ed efficienti.
• Incontrare i clienti ed elaborare report dettagliati sugli ordini e chiarire i requisiti tecnici e di business specifici di ogni progetto.
• Coordinare le risorse SDG interne, terze parti / fornitori e talvolta le risorse dei clienti per l’esecuzione impeccabile dei progetti.
• Creare e mantenere una documentazione completa del progetto.
• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel campo degli Analytics e nell’utilizzo dei principali tool di BI, in particolare in attività architetturali: Qlik (Qlikview, Qlik Sense, ecc.), Tableau, Microstrategy, Microsoft Power BI.
• Esperienza in design e realizzazione di dashboard e strumenti di analisi dati tecnologicamente avanzati e innovativi.
• Interesse per nuove tecnologie e architetture BI.
• Ottime capacità comunicative in italiano e inglese.
• Laurea in discipline inerenti l’analisi del dato (Statistica, Matematica, Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale o lauree equipollenti).

Requisiti preferenziali:

• Certificazioni conseguite in almeno una delle tecnologie inerenti la Data Visualization.
• Conoscenza di SQL, Python, R.
• Conoscenza dei principi base legati ai Big Data e alle piattaforme Cloud.
