DEMAND PLANNERLa risorsa riporta al Supply Chain Manager e si occuperà di:
- Analisi dei forecast delle consociate del gruppo e supporto alle attività di pianificazione acquisto di materia prima e prodotti finiti;
- Creazione, gestione e manutenzione delle distinte base e delle anagrafiche a sistema;
- Collaborazione con la rete commerciale al fine di ottimizzare la gamma prodotto identificando prodotti obsoleti a bassa rotazione e bassa marginalità;
- Monitoraggio e analisi costi di produzione e costi aggiuntivi;
- Monitoraggio e analisi dei costi d’acquisto delle materie prime e prodotti finiti;
- Monitoraggio scostamenti della valorizzazione a costo medio ponderato;
- Valorizzazioni e simulazioni di costo prodotti;
- Gestione dello stock con particolare focus su prodotti non conformi e scaduti.
Requisiti:
- Pregressa esperienza in analoga mansione;
- Laurea in Economia/Ingegneria gestionale/Ingegneria della produzione industriale o esperienza equivalente;
- Approfondita conoscenza di Excel, Power Bi, etc.;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2).

- Assunzione diretta in azienda con contratto a tempo determinato/indeterminato;
- Full Time dal lunedì al venerdì (40 ore settimanali), orario flessibile;

We are looking for experienced demand / supply planners, combining strong operational execution skills and strategic vision for our Supply Chain spare parts activity . The ideal candidate, in addition to the planning of some specific product lines, should be able to take the lead on some transverse processes and challenge them to introduce breakthroughs in our operations. You will possess a keen ability to analyse customer demand to develop and fine tune forecasts. The Demand Planner’s responsibilities include reviewing purchase history, sales history, marketing promotion products and stimulate growth or pick and, ultimately, evaluating their effectiveness and challenge data and processes.
You will contribute establishing a demand driven and collaborative planning with our customers, exploiting our Distributors’ sell-out data. Highly analytical you demonstrate deep knowledge of advanced mathematical and forecasting policies , as well as a good end-to-end knowledge of the Supply Chain activities .
In addition, strong communication and stakeholder engagement are critical to success in this role, which includes the ability to effectively partner and collaborate with those leading and working on the commercial side of the business i.e. sales, marketing and related.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and question the results of forecast calculated by the statistical model, implement solutions to improve the accuracy of demand forecasting .
- Meet with other functional area managers as Sales, Marketing, Customers, Finance and Supply Chain operations (e.g. Warehouse, transport…) to review strategies related to both short- and long-term planning.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy .
- Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to the involved stakeholders (e.g. warehouse, transportation, supply planning, supplier relationship management, …).
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets and business strategies comparing statistical forecast with real demand summed with the commercial campaigns.
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities .
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in developing annual budgets .
- Schedule regular demand review meetings with management and other stakeholders involved in the process.
- Work with team members to plan, coordinate, and execute demand planning activities .
- Coordinate with inventory management team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels .
- Maintain training materials and organize trainings to team members.
Skills, Attributes & Requirements:
- Strong commercial and financial awareness , understanding the impact of failures on costs (e.g., excess stock, warehouse space) and customer order fulfillment.
- Deep knowledge of supply chain processes at regional and global levels, including purchasing, logistics, demand planning, statistical forecasting, and inventory management .
- Proficiency in ERP systems , data analysis , report development , and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills , with the ability to engage teams and maintain strong business relationships.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in forecasting and problem-solving , ensuring a structured yet agile approach.
- Resilient and results-driven , capable of managing conflicts and working effectively under pressure.
- Fluent in English , with the ability to independently manage meetings and reports; knowledge of an additional European language (ideally Italian or French) is a plus.
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in supply planning management within manufacturing or retail industries (e.g., FMCG, industrial products, automotive).

Core Responsibilities
- Leverage statistical forecasts to develop a weekly demand plan for a major portion of the BU’s revenue, covering a rolling 9-month horizon.
- Manage forecasts for Sell In at SKU level and Consumer Sales at franchise / brand level, ensuring alignment with marketing, product launches, and promotions.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to assess the impact of commercial investments and support Brand Managers in aligning franchise / brand plans with BU objectives.
- Set and manage forecast exception parameters, addressing discrepancies promptly as part of your daily routine.
- Oversee the monthly upload of data into planning systems and ensure key data feeds are current and accurate.
- Ensure effective management of product life cycles by accurately reflecting launch plans and stock levels in demand planning tools.
- Actively contribute to the BU S&OP processes, including gap analysis and business case preparation.
- Serve as the main liaison for the BU in communicating with the Market Group demand planning team and managing tool backlog requests.

Your forecasting accuracy will be crucial in evaluating volume and value (revenue and profit), enabling senior management to identify and address gaps, and improving In Stock Availability while minimizing waste.

- Ottima conoscenza di Excel
- La conoscenza dei sistemi ERP e in particolare del modulo SAP IBP Demand è considerato un plus

Purpose of Job:
The purpose of this role is to develop, lead, and manage the demand planning process for the HAS (HuberAgro Solutions) European-based businesses.
The role supports and facilitates the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by delivering a 24-month consensus forecast and also contributes to the annual budgeting cycle.
Main Responsibilities:
- Forecasting & Demand Planning
- Drive the monthly forecasting process for HAS Europe, maintaining a rolling 24-month forecast.
- Monitor forecast changes, document underlying business assumptions, and analyze trends.
- Communicate key forecast updates to Supply Planning and assist Commercial teams in reviewing and updating forecasts.
- Compare forecasts against prior month, year, and budget; analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and perform lag analysis.
- Support the business by transitioning from informal to formalized, statistical based processes.
- Restate historical data as needed to improve forecast accuracy.
- Support demand planning for NPD, product transitions, distribution changes, and slow/obsolete inventory analysis.
- Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Prepare monthly consensus reports for use in the IBP process.
- Organize local/regional review meetings to align on forecast and build to SBU consensus.
- Help implement a formal IBP process aligned with the Oliver Wight framework.

- Utilize Oracle Cloud Supply Chain tools (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP Cloud, EPM Cloud).
- Develop interim Excel-based tools during the transition to Oracle Demand Planning Cloud.
- Support system rollout as sites migrate to Oracle.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, Ops, and Finance.
- Collaborate with global teams across North America, South America, and Asia.
- Share best practices to standardize processes across the HAS platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management, Business, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in S&OP, IBP, demand planning, or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in statistical forecasting methods such as Winter’s Method, Holt Exponential Smoothing, and Croston’s, with a strong track record of applying these to improve forecast accuracy.
- Experience as a superuser of Oracle Demand Management Cloud, with the ability to maintain data integrity across Oracle Demand and ERP systems.
- Solid business acumen, with an understanding of customer segmentation, market dynamics, and key commercial drivers.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of comfort working with complex data.
- Fluent in both English and Italian.

Purpose of Job:The purpose of this role is to develop, lead, and manage the demand planning process for the HAS (HuberAgro Solutions) European-based businesses.
The role supports and facilitates the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by delivering a 24-month consensus forecast and also contributes to the annual budgeting cycle.
Main Responsibilities:- Forecasting & Demand Planning
- Drive the monthly forecasting process for HAS Europe, maintaining a rolling 24-month forecast.
- Monitor forecast changes, document underlying business assumptions, and analyze trends.
- Communicate key forecast updates to Supply Planning and assist Commercial teams in reviewing and updating forecasts.
- Compare forecasts against prior month, year, and budget; analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and perform lag analysis.
- Support the business by transitioning from informal to formalized, statistical based processes.
- Restate historical data as needed to improve forecast accuracy.
- Support demand planning for NPD, product transitions, distribution changes, and slow/obsolete inventory analysis.
- Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Prepare monthly consensus reports for use in the IBP process.
- Organize local/regional review meetings to align on forecast and build to SBU consensus.
- Help implement a formal IBP process aligned with the Oliver Wight framework.
- Tools & Systems
- Utilize Oracle Cloud Supply Chain tools (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP Cloud, EPM Cloud).
- Develop interim Excel-based tools during the transition to Oracle Demand Planning Cloud.
- Support system rollout as sites migrate to Oracle.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, Ops, and Finance.
- Collaborate with global teams across North America, South America, and Asia.
- Share best practices to standardize processes across the HAS platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management, Business, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in S&OP, IBP, demand planning, or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in statistical forecasting methods such as Winter’s Method, Holt Exponential Smoothing, and Croston’s, with a strong track record of applying these to improve forecast accuracy.
- Experience as a superuser of Oracle Demand Management Cloud, with the ability to maintain data integrity across Oracle Demand and ERP systems.
- Solid business acumen, with an understanding of customer segmentation, market dynamics, and key commercial drivers.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of comfort working with complex data.
- Fluent in both English and Italian.
