As Design Engineer you will design and develop complex structures often in Sheetmetal which target is to ensure superior performance, durability, quality and serviceability.
**Your Impact:**
+ Design & Analysis Responsibilities:Create new product designs for fabricated structures, assist in developing load cases, and interpret finite element analysis results.
+ Testing & Documentation:Develop lab and field test validation plans, create drawings, and prepare other technical documentation.
+ Engineering Process Management:Manage the engineering change release process in EPLM and follow design changes through industrialization processes.
+ Project Management Duties:Conduct design reviews with cross-functional teams, perform technical evaluations of competitive products, and resolve design and manufacturing issues.
+ Supplier & Requirement Management:Define, communicate, and manage supplier requirements effectively.
**Your Experience and Qualifications:**

+ Technical Proficiency & Experience:Proficient in solid modelling software, preferably CREO, with the ability to grasp complex engineering and manufacturing concepts. Brings at least 3 years of experience in engineering roles.
+ Design & Mechanical Knowledge:Experienced in designing and developing welded structures, mobile hydraulics, and mechanical linkages. Knowledge of sheave design, belt driven systems, and bearing selection are a strong advantage.
+ Analytical & Documentation Skills:Understanding of finite element analysis is preferred. Skilled in creating drawing layouts and applying GD&T methodology. Familiar with EPLM systems, preferably Windchill.
+ Collaboration & Field Work:Capable of working effectively in an international team environment with a positive attitude. Available for field test activities within Europe, including issue investigation and design solution, with occasional international travel.
+ Language & Industry Knowledge:Fluent in both English and Italian. Knowledge of agricultural machinery and crop flow is considered a strong advantage.

**Your Impact:**
+ 3-D and 2-D designing and development of parts, assemblies and mechanism using variety of materials and fabrication technologies
+ Creation of detailed production-quality fabrication drawings, design documentation, and assembly drawings for new and existing parts and ultimately manage engineering changes ECR-ECN (EPDM or similar tools preferred)
+ Participate in design reviews with cross-functional teams (Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, etc.).
+ Collaborate on project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
+ Contribute to product validation and testing activities.
**Your Experience and Qualifications:**
+ Diploma Perito, Bachelor's, or master's degree in mechanical engineering. 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.Background in agricultural machinery and equipment is required. Proficient in 3-D and 2-D modeling (ProE preferred) and MS Office tools. Skilled in drawing layouts and GD&T methodology.
+ Extensive experience in designing and developing Sheet metal, castings, fabricated steel structures and mechanisms including welded and bolted assemblies.
+ Knowledge of material properties, manufacturing techniques (Design for Manufacturing), failure and Root Cause analysis, inspection techniques, coatings, and fasteners. Ability to justify design decisions with calculations, analysis and written documentation
+ Understanding of crop flow mechanics, finite element analysis, DEM, CFD tools, and linkages. Proficiency in designing and specifying sheaves, belts, and bearings. Strong and pragmatic problem-solving skills with a positive and collaborative attitude. Fluent in English (spoken and written) Italian mother tongue
+ Willingness to participate in field test activities, investigate concerns, identify resolutions, and report results, primarily within European countries. Availability for occasional international travel to Europe, the United States, and Brazil.

Scopo della posizione
Marioff è leader mondiale nella produzione di impianti protezione antincendio water mist. La risorsa che verrà inserita all’interno del team POG Projects avrà la responsabilità degli aspetti tecnici e progettuali dei progetti assegnati e implementerà la transizione da una progettazione a un sistema 3D tramite Inventor.

  • Disegnazione 2D/3D di impianti antincendio water mist Marioff
  • Guidare l’introduzione e l’adozione di Autodesk Inventor nel reparto tecnico
  • Creazione e revisione della documentazione di progetto

  • È richiesta una buona padronanza della lingua inglese (almeno livello B1 o superiore)

  • gestione delle distinte produttive e integrazione del progetto con l'impianto di produzione;

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering is required, with a background in agricultural machinery and equipment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in solid modelling (ProE preferred), MS Office tools, drawing layouts, and GD&T methodology is essential.
  • Design Expertise: Extensive experience in the design and development of sheet metal and fabricated steel structures, including welded and bolted assemblies and mechanical components.
  • Additional Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills, a positive and collaborative attitude, fluency in English and Italian, and willingness to participate in field test activities across European countries to investigate concerns, identify resolutions, and report results. Availability for occasional international travel to locations such as Europe, the United States, and Brazil.

Per azienda cliente leader nel suo segmento di riferimento in ambito metalmeccanico con il ruolo di “DESIGN ENGINEER” .

Responsibilities

La risorsa, a riporto del responsabile del team di riferimento, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Sarà responsabile delle attività relative al design dei prodotti di commessa da sviluppare in accordo con i principali standard internazionali ed in accordo ai diversi requisiti che possono essere richiesti dal Cliente;
  • Dovrà analizzare i requisiti, effettuare i calcoli di progetto, realizzare un modello tridimensionale, ottimizzarne le forme con eventuali analisi agli elementi finiti e valutarne la fattibilità tecnico-economica;
  • Dovrà realizzare i disegni costruttivi e supportare la produzione durante le fasi di collaudo e prototipazione.
Your Profile

Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica o affine;
  • Ottima conoscenza di progettazione mediante utilizzo di CAD 3D, preferibilmente Solid Edge di Siemens;
  • Buona conoscenza di software agli elementi finiti per analisi strutturali e termiche. Gradita la conoscenza di analisi Fluidodinamiche, preferibilmente ANSYS Workbench;
  • È gradita un’esperienza pregressa in settori affini al mercato dell’Oil & Gas;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);
  • Padronanza di Excel e conoscenza base di almeno un linguaggio di programmazione.
