• Progettazione e sviluppo di interfacce utente intuitive e coinvolgenti per applicazioni web e mobile.
• Collaborazione con il team di sviluppo e il team di progettazione per definire i requisiti e l'esperienza utente ideale.
• Creazione di prototipi interattivi, wireframe e mockup per presentare e convalidare le idee di design.
• Conduzione di ricerche utente per comprendere le esigenze e i comportamenti degli utenti e applicare i risultati alla progettazione.
• Miglioramento dell'usabilità e dell'accessibilità dei prodotti esistenti attraverso analisi e iterazioni del design.
• Mantenimento delle conoscenze sulle tendenze di design, sulle migliori pratiche e sulle nuove tecnologie nel campo dell'UI / UX.
• Laurea o diploma in design, design dell'interazione o campo correlato.
• Comprovata esperienza nella progettazione di interfacce utente per applicazioni web e mobile.
• Capacità di utilizzare strumenti di design come Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma o simili.
• Conoscenza dei principi di design dell'interazione e delle ultime tendenze di UI / UX.
• Eccellente capacità di comunicazione e di lavorare in team.
• Abilità nella realizzazione di prototipi interattivi per dimostrare le idee di design.
• Attitudine alla risoluzione creativa dei problemi e all'adattamento a feedback e iterazioni.
• Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e rispettare scadenze serrate.

• Esperienza con la progettazione di interfacce per applicazioni mobile.
• Conoscenza di HTML, CSS e principi di sviluppo front-end.
• Esperienza nella progettazione di interfacce per settori specifici (ad esempio, salute, finanza, giochi, ecc.).
• Portfolio di progetti UI / UX che dimostri competenze.

• Competenze comprovate nell'utilizzo del software Figma
• Esperienza in UX / UI design di siti web e applicazioni mobile
• Abilità nello sviluppo di identità visive

• Passione e curiosità rispetto agli ultimi trend di design e usabilità
