The Data Appeal Company is the only company in the world transforming geo-spatial, sentiment and market data into compelling, valuable insights that are simple and accessible.

We are looking for a **Digital Designer **to create interactive online content and maintain a smooth user interface for our websites.

The Digital Designer will be responsible for producing content that matches the company’s brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy, including presentations, social media graphics, website banners, and promotional artwork.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the communication and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.
- Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
- Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement.
- Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a professional digital design role.
- Solid knowledge of software programs, such as Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote and Canva.
- Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
- Ability to work with animation, video and related software.
- A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
- Previous experiences in Data Visualization or Infographics creation are a strong plus

As part of the Marketing & Communications team , you will be responsible for designing and implementing DEMs, Landing Pages, Banners, Social Media Content, and other materials needed for successful campaigns.

The team’s goal is to translate marketing strategies into innovative and impactful campaigns that engage and stimulate a targeted audience.

As a key member of our creative team, you will be a driving force of creativity. Delivering great design ideas, attending brainstorms and sharing exciting trends with your team. You’ll have the ability and initiative to take control of briefs and with guidance from your Senior Art Directors, digital director and digital teams to develop, design, and execute digital assets that engage users and enhance our online presence. You’ll be able to work within existing guidelines and develop designs suitable for a variety of applications.

The right candidate will need to have a can-do mentality, agile in managing workload, creative minded and able to deliver clear communication to stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Produce strong creative : that sits within our brand guidelines but that excites consumers and gives us an edge against our competitors
  • Quality control : Responsible for overseeing the design and quality control of your work, from development through to production.
  • Project management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Digital Expertise : Collaborate with developers and UX teams to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, apps, and other digital experiences.
  • Software Proficiency : Build interactive prototypes using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch to showcase design concepts and functionality.
  • Motion Graphics : Develop motion graphics, animations, or interactive content to enhance user engagement

Our marketing team manages – in-house – all of the brand’s visual and written communications. We are looking to hire a Creative Digital Designer who has mastery of Adobe and WordPress applications, and a creative mind with great ideas to take on the brand’s challenges.

As part of the Marketing & Communications team , you will be responsible for designing and implementing DEMs, Landing Pages, Banners, Social Media Content, and other materials needed for successful campaigns.

The team’s goal is to translate marketing strategies into innovative and impactful campaigns that engage and stimulate a targeted audience.

And we need a Digital Executive to help drive our digital presence, ensuring our campaigns and platforms perform at their best.

Functional Overview

To deliver better, more creative, and efficient ideas and campaigns, we are launching an innovative in-house agency to support the Global Asahi brands. We are seeking exceptional, dedicated Digital Designers to support our IHA team, to deliver creative excellence and innovation in everything we do.

As a key member of our creative team, you will be a driving force of creativity. Delivering great design ideas, attending brainstorms and sharing exciting trends with your team. You’ll have the ability and initiative to take control of briefs and with guidance from your Senior Art Directors, digital director and digital teams to develop, design, and execute digital assets that engage users and enhance our online presence. You’ll be able to work within existing guidelines and develop designs suitable for a variety of applications.

The right candidate will need to have a can-do mentality, agile in managing workload, creative minded and able to deliver clear communication to stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Produce strong creative : that sits within our brand guidelines but that excites consumers and gives us an edge against our competitors
  • Quality control : Responsible for overseeing the design and quality control of your work, from development through to production.
  • Project management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Digital Expertise : Collaborate with developers and UX teams to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, apps, and other digital experiences.
  • Software Proficiency : Build interactive prototypes using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch to showcase design concepts and functionality.
  • Motion Graphics : Develop motion graphics, animations, or interactive content to enhance user engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns that resonate globally.
  • Self-sufficiency : You’ll have a high level of self-sufficiency, having the ability to ask the relevant people the right questions to get the information needed to handle projects autonomously when needed.
  • Stay Updated : Keep up with design trends, industry developments, and new technologies to ensure designs are modern and competitive.
  • Cultivate an environment of continuous innovation, encouraging experimentation with new ideas, technologies, and platforms. Use analytics and user feedback to iterate on designs, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3 to 4 years experience working in an in-house or agency environment
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and tools like HTML, CSS, or WordPress is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus.
  • Proven track record of delivering award-winning digital experiences and executions.
  • Experience working with global lifestyle or premium brands
  • Strong digital and social media proficiency
