Als Teil der ADLER-Verwaltungszentrale mit Sitz in St. Urlich / Bozen und zur Verstärkung unseres Marketing-Teams suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n Online Marketing Manager (w/m/d) für die Leitung der digitalen Strategie der ADLER Gruppe, um die Online-Präsenz optimiert. Der/die ideale Kandidat/in bringt eine analytische und kreative Denkweise mit und verfügt über die Fähigkeit, alle Aspekte digitaler Kampagnen zu steuern – von der Bewertung von Vorschlägen über die grafische Umsetzung von Werbemitteln bis hin zur Performance-Analyse.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Digitale Strategie: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Online-Marketing-Strategien im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen.
  • Bewertung und Implementierung: Analyse von Anbieterangeboten zur Auswahl der besten Werbeinstrumente und -kanäle basierend auf Qualität, Kosten und Effektivität.
  • Mediaplanung und Einkauf: Vorbereitung des Einkaufs von Werbemedien unter Einhaltung des Budgets und der Unternehmensziele.
  • Grafische Umsetzung: Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kreativteam oder eigenständige Entwicklung von Grafiken und Inhalten für digitale und soziale Werbemedien.
  • Werbekampagnen: Planung, Durchführung und Optimierung aller Online-Kampagnen sowie Identifizierung neuer Chancen (z.B. PPC, CPM, Social Media Advertising, E-Mail-Marketing, Display Advertising, Addressable TV und andere).
  • Monitoring und Analyse: Überwachung der Werbekampagnen-Performance mit Analyse-Tools wie Google Analytics, Data Studio und Werbeplattformen; Erstellung detaillierter Berichte und Vorschläge für Verbesserungen.
  • CRM und Automatisierung: Verwaltung von Automatisierungstools zur Optimierung des Conversion Funnels und zur Kundenbindung.
  • Cross-Team-Kooperation: Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team zur Sicherstellung einer konsistenten und leistungsstarken digitalen Erfahrung.
Ihre Talente
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) in vergleichbaren Positionen.
  • Beherrschung digitaler Marketing-Tools: Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, CRM-Tools (z.B. HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Erfahrung in der Bewertung, Verwaltung und Umsetzung von Werbe- und Grafikvorschlägen.
  • Hervorragende Sprachkenntnisse in Italienisch, Englisch und Deutsch.
  • Kenntnisse in SEO, SEA, SEM.
  • Kompetenz in der Erstellung und Überarbeitung von grafischen Materialien (Erfahrung mit Software wie Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.

Overview

NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an education Academy focusing on arts and design. NABA Rome is currently seeking motivated individuals for the role described below.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional, ready to start as a consultant (VAT registered), who will lead course development, coordinate lecturers, and ensure the highest levels of student satisfaction and academic quality.

The successful candidate will join the Rome team and will carry out the following activities:

Responsibilities
  • Ensures analysis of the reference industry context, for the purpose of assessing projects for new courses;
  • Submit course proposals to the Head of education as well as changes to update the current courses;
  • Supervise activities for elaborating the programs of the courses, ensuring the alignment of lecturer activities and collaborating with the Academic Services in order to finalize the course schedules;
  • Ensure the production and review of handbook; approve the didactic programs.
  • Oversee the quality of the assigned course, based on Academic Service surveys;
  • Provide support in cross-disciplinary integration activities;
  • Hold meetings to offer guidance and support to lecturers and students;
  • Ensure budget management and preparation of purchase requests to be submitted for approval of the Head of education (materials, visiting Professors, rentals, professional services, etc.).
  • In collaboration with the Head of education (and Area Leaders or School Director when needed) select faculty
  • create and/or supervise the educational content;
  • Ensure support for achieving the expected results for each single course;
  • Ensure support to Head of education for managing the recruiting of new teachers and monitoring the performance levels of current faculty members;
  • Offer mentoring activities to the professors (to guarantee contents and teaching methods alignment);
  • Offer front end and support for students, concerning all academic matters.
  • Promote and facilitates the progression of talented and suitable graduated students to courses.
  • Deliver all scheduled teaching activities: lectures, exams, admission exams, thesis supervision, consulting hours for students, course projects (project leadership), and workshops.
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant academic degree in Fashion, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • Possess significant professional experience in fashion marketing, brand management, or related roles, preferably in an international context.
  • Demonstrate previous experience in academic or training environments, with ability to coordinate courses and mentor lecturers.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with ability to plan, implement, and oversee course activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, faculty, and external partners.
  • Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently as a consultant (VAT registered).
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in fashion marketing and management.

Atempo Spa - Agenzia per il Lavoro, ti propone un corso di formazione professionale  totalmente GRATUITO  e svolto interamente ONLINE,  dedicato al tema "SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING" per formare "Tecnici del marketing".

Il corso è interamente finanziato dal fondo Forma.Temp.

Obiettivo del corso:

Fornire le competenze e gli strumenti necessari per gestire la comunicazione web aziendale e utilizzare in modo strategico i social network .
Al termine del percorso, i partecipanti saranno in grado di:

Progettare e gestire strategie di comunicazione digitale

Curare la presenza online di un'azienda o di un brand

Analizzare le performance delle campagne social e ottimizzarne i risultati

Figura professionale in uscita : Tecnici del marketing, con competenze in comunicazione digitale e social media strategy.

Luogo : il corso si svolge interamente da remoto, potrai partecipare da tutto il territorio Italiano.

Periodo di Svolgimento : dal 19/11/25 al 19/12/2025 - interamente on-line (videoconferenza sincrona e FAD asincrona)

Modulazione Oraria:

-in aula virtuale sincrona 4 ore al giorno, per 5 giorni a settimana per un totale di 88 ore

-in FAD 40 ore da svolgere durante le 5 settimane di corso.

Durata  5 settimane:

  • 88 h su piattaforma webinar – aula virtuale sincrona dal lunedì al venerdì in orario 14.00 -18.00
  • 40 h di formazione a distanza (e-learning - FAD) da svolgere entro la conclusione della formazione in aula. La didattica prevede la possibilità di effettuare anche il modulo FAD (studio e consolidamento) nella stessa giornata in fascia oraria non coincidente con la presenza in aula

Contenuti del corso :

  • Modulo 1 I social, il marketing, wordpress e la seo- 80 ore
  • Modulo 2: Social marketing automation - 40 ore 
  • Modulo 3: Sicurezza generale D.lgs 81/08   - 4 ore 
  • Modulo 4: Diritti e doveri dei lavoratori in somministrazione - 4 ore

Il corso è rivolto a candidati a missione di lavoro in somministrazione:

Attestato di frequenza:
Al termine del percorso formativo è previsto il rilascio di un attestato di frequenza , successivamente alla verifica da parte del Fondo del raggiungimento, per ogni partecipante, degli obiettivi minimi stabiliti dalle norme del manuale operativo Forma.Temp .
