Il ruolo
Stiamo cercando un/una Digital Marketing Specialist con solida esperienza in comunicazione e lead generation in contesti B2B.
La figura entrerà a far parte del team Marketing e sarà responsabile della progettazione, dell’esecuzione e dell’ottimizzazione delle attività digitali per la generazione di lead e il posizionamento del brand, attraverso contenuti, campagne e strumenti automatizzati.
Responsabilità principali
- Creare contenuti multicanale B2B (landing page, newsletter, social media, ecc.).
- Ottimizzare i contenuti per i motori di ricerca (SEO) e contribuire al posizionamento organico.
- Progettare e implementare campagne di lead generation (online e offline), secondo una logica di funnel B2B.
- Condurre interviste con clienti e prospect per raccogliere insight e contenuti strategici.
- Gestire e ottimizzare strumenti di CRM e marketing automation (es. HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign o simili).
- Utilizzare strumenti di AI e tecniche di prompting a supporto delle attività marketing.
- Monitorare le performance delle campagne e ottimizzarle sulla base dei KPI.
- Collaborare con il team Sales per garantire coerenza tra marketing e conversione.
Requisiti
- Laurea o master in Digital Marketing e/o Artificial Intelligence.
- Almeno 4 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, maturata in agenzie digital internazionali o in aziende multinazionali dei settori high-tech.
- Esperienza in progetti multi-country (considerata un plus).
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese (livello minimo B2).
- Padronanza degli strumenti digitali e delle logiche di analisi delle performance.
- Forte orientamento ai dati e approccio analitico.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with solid experience in communication and lead generation in B2B contexts. Whoever joins this role will become an integral part of the Marketing team, and will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital activities for lead generation and brand positioning through content, campaigns, and automated tools.

• Use AI tools and prompting techniques to support marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and conversion.
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree and/or postgraduate qualifications/master’s in Digital Marketing and/or Artificial Intelligence.
• At least 4 years of experience in similar roles, gained in international digital marketing agencies or in multinational companies in high-tech sectors.
• Experience in multi-country projects is a plus.
• Excellent command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Proficient in digital tools and performance analysis, with a strong data-driven mindset.

Responsabilities
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Trustfull, you will:
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing
- Contribute to the planning and execution of Trustfull’s global social media presence and SEO strategy
- Collaborate on the ideation, creation, and distribution of content in various formats (e.g., blog posts, case studies, newsletters)
- Contribute to the project management of events and conferences where Trustfull is exhibiting or participating
- Support the Head of Marketing with PR, media relations, and field marketing initiatives

- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and advertising platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Experience in writing and editing both short- and long-form content
- A solid understanding of the marketing funnel and the role of different channels within it
