JOB SUMMARY
The Senior E-commerce Director EUME will be a pivotal leader responsible for shaping and accelerating Tory Burch’s digital commerce growth across Europe and the Middle East. This role blends strategic vision, operational excellence, entrepreneurialism, and deep customer insight to drive performance, brand equity, and market share across owned and partner digital channels as well as managing the day to day operational activities for EMEA’s digital platforms
Reporting to the President of EMEA, the role will have full P&L responsibility and lead the development and execution of the regional digital roadmap while fostering cross-functional alignment with key departments: Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Technology, and Customer Experience.
Another critical part of the role will be to closely work with global partners in New York and other Regions to ensure programming and content on digital direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels provide the best representation of the brand, while accounting for the cultural nuances of the local customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership & Accelerate Growth- Develop and implement a multi-year strategy for sustained digital growth to drive best-in-class e-commerce
- Identify and scale levers for growth, including digital marketing optimization, online buying innovation, CRM and personalization, site experience enhancements, and wholesale partnerships
- Utilize customer data and insights to develop and optimize customer strategies to grow topline
- Partner with Marketing and Creative to drive brand engagement and relevance for key marketing campaigns through innovative digital activations
- Drive alignment between global brand priorities and local execution, leveraging market insights to tailor content and engagement.

- Lead execution of E-commerce strategies to develop fully integrated operational and seasonal plans across promotions, marketing, merchandising, site content development, and creative execution

- Partner with Finance to build annual and monthly financial growth plans and budgets
- Champion Tory Burch's brand values by creating elevated, localized experiences across platforms while enhancing Tory Burch’s visibility and salience via innovative storytelling, digital-first campaigns.
- Oversee execution across digital marketing, site experience, UX / UI, personalization, SEO / SEM, performance media, email, and CRM.
- Partner with Global Tech, Product, and Data teams to enhance platform capabilities, customer data strategy, and analytics infrastructure.
- Lead continuous improvement in user journey, checkout conversion, mobile optimization, and customer service.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional E-commerce team with a culture of agility, accountability, and innovation.
- Influence internal stakeholders across EMEA and Global HQ to embed digital-first thinking and customer centricity.
- Foster collaboration with store operations, logistics, and wholesale to ensure seamless omnichannel integration.

In this role you will- Lead Operations at Scale: Oversee the full book production lifecycle by managing a remote team of virtual assistants. Youll optimize and scale our human-in-the-loop pipeline with a focus on reducing end-to-end production time and minimizing reorder / rework rates
- Own the Product Roadmap: Identify and prioritize story themes and product features using market trends user insights and both qualitative and quantitative research. Your success will be measured by the timely rollout of new titles and features that delight customers and meet business goals.
- Drive Process Excellence: Create and maintain SOPs training materials and QA systems to ensure consistently high-quality output throughout every stage of production. Improving rework rates and workflow consistency will be core to your impact.
- Measure What Matters: Define and track operational metrics such as turnaround time and rework rates. Youll build dashboards to surface insights and drive continuous improvement across production performance.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering design customer support and marketing to enhance the customization experience and ensure smooth on-time product launches with minimal operational friction.
- 5 years of experience in product management operations or a related leadership role
- Solid background managing e-commerce workflows or human-in-the-loop systems
- Familiarity with Asana Jira or other project management tools
- Data-savvy with a knack for building and interpreting dashboards
- Proven success leading remote teams and working cross-functionally
- Passion for building magical user-centric products in an iterative environment
- Strong command of English (written & spoken).
- Experience in childrens content publishing or digital storytelling
- Exposure to AI-powered platforms or digital asset management tools
- Hands-on involvement in market research and experimentation methods

A strategic and people leader for a large team, the City Manager of Amazon Now is empowered with complete operations responsibility for a city. She/he will work to create a dark stores network, serve customers with a best-in-class quick commerce experience, and manage building-level cost efficiencies, coupled with driving Regional/National level key Brilliant Basics Initiatives.
Key job responsibilities- Ensure a safe work environment
- Lead and supervise a team of cluster Managers, TLs as direct reports supported by PAs in Operations
- Responsible for overall Quality, Productivity, and dark store performance
- Strategic planning and forecasting; appraise performance; resolve problems; and address staffing needs
- Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet overall building objectives
- Ensure building health and inventory metrics with best-in-class quality standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders and adopt best practices cross-functionally
- Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives
- Understand system interventions for order processing and communicate new process implementations and control measures
- Carry out resource planning periodically and coordinate with Resource Planning and Finance teams to address capacity constraints
- Implement best practices in people management, ensure compliance, and manage connections and scorecards
- Manage people and team development, creating leaders and a talent pipeline
- Engage in cross-functional and cross-milestone interfacing to promote best practices and initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Experience in the quick commerce industry
