Position:
ASPESI is seeking to hire an Ecommerce Specialist . The successful candidate will support the team in various online business activities. The workplace will be in Legnano (MI).
Areas of Intervention:
- Management of ecommerce operational activities: product catalog, product descriptions and content, sales, inventory control;
- Management and monitoring of product arrival and publication - continuous collaboration with product and customer service teams;
- Content publication management on the website;
- Support in monitoring and optimizing KPIs related to operations in coordination with warehouse, customer service, and administration (e.g., returns, customer care, arrivals);
- Organization and management of ecommerce shooting;
- Reporting & analysis of key ecommerce KPIs;
- Support in functional testing of the website, bug detection, and development;
- Management of online merchandising, restocking, and visual merchandising;
- Benchmarking activities against main competitors;
- Management of sales, promotions, and discount codes;
- Continuous collaboration with external suppliers to ensure proper execution of the online business strategy.
Candidate Profile / Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years of direct experience in online store management;
- 1-2 years of experience with the Shopify platform;
- Understanding of ecommerce operations dynamics (logistics, customer care, cataloging, order management, data flow integrations with management systems);
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and other KPI monitoring and optimization tools;
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;

JOB ROLE
- Overall responsibility for the ghdhair.com/it e-commerce site, in terms of both turnover and margins
- Primary focus: defining and implementing commercial plans, implementing e-commerce campaigns and periodic reporting, coordinating daily with the Performance Marketing team and local agencies used to achieve results

KEY ACTIVITIES
- Definition of a periodic (monthly) commercial plan in line with turnover and margin targets.
- Organising and managing workflow and reverse planning for website campaign 'go live' dates.
- Sharing and implementation of homepages, category pages, product pages, promotions, and special activities (SAP).
- Checking and following up on changes to website update processes.
- Monthly demand planning, forecasting and stock management in coordination with the Operations team.
- Close collaboration and alignment with the Digital Business and Consumer Marketing team on all major website campaigns and activities, such as new product launches, limited editions, consumer events and special promotions.
- Management of the e-commerce team: coordination of activities, ownership of various internal processes, delegation and definition of the professional growth of junior resources to increase their autonomy and proactivity.
- Management and routing of special customer care requests to the global team for resolution of e-commerce site issues.
- Weekly and monthly reporting on the monitoring of key KPIs.
- Market and competitor analysis.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- You will have a minimum of five years' experience in e-commerce, preferably in the premium sector (ideally beauty and fashion).
