Ci cerchiamo una risorsa da inserire come ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER all’interno del team “MANUTENZIONE – AREA ELETTROSTRUMENTALE ”. La struttura ha la principale responsabilità di gestire la pianificazione, la preparazione della documentazione tecnico/contrattuale necessaria, la realizzazione, il monitoraggio e la consuntivazione delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria degli impianti, proponendo inoltre, per l’ambito di competenza, modifiche impiantistiche, metodologiche ed operative volte al miglioramento e all'ottimizzazione del funzionamento e della manutenzione degli impianti.
L’inserimento avverrà in A2A Gencogas S.p.A, società di generazione termoelettrica a ciclo combinato del Gruppo A2A appartenente alla Business Unit Generazione e Trading.
L’attività della BU Generazione e Trading è relativa alla gestione del portafoglio impianti di generazione del Gruppo con il duplice scopo di massimizzare la disponibilità e l’efficienza degli impianti, minimizzando i costi di esercizio e manutenzione (O&M) e di massimizzare il profitto derivante dalla gestione del portafoglio energetico attraverso l’attività di compravendita di energia elettrica, di combustibili (gassosi e non gassosi) e di titoli ambientali sui mercati all’ingrosso nazionali ed esteri.
Ti occuperai di- Collaborazione all’elaborazione del programma di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria e delle previsioni di fermo impianto
- Pianificazione, coordinamento, gestione e supervisione della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria delle apparecchiature elettriche, di segnalazione e di automazione relative agli impianti di produzione, trasformazione, trasporto e distribuzione di energia elettrica
- Effettuare le attività di ricerca e diagnosi guasti dei sistemi elettrici, elettronici e di automazione di impianto, e definire le possibili misure di riparazione
- Gestione operativa dei contratti: pianificazione delle attività, affidamento dei lavori, consegna in sicurezza delle aree di lavoro e gestione delle interferenze, sorveglianza sulla modalità di esecuzione delle attività, controllo qualità delle prestazioni e consuntivazione (tecnica ed economica) dei lavori eseguiti da imprese esterne
- Verificare e controllare l’esecuzione dei lavori assegnati alle imprese esterne al fine di valutarne le condizioni di sicurezza poste in essere dalla ditta ed i dpi/dpc utilizzati
- Verificare e controllare l’esecuzione dei lavori assegnati alle imprese esterne al fine di valutarne tecnicamente la correttezza e/o la conformità ai capitolati d'appalto
- Verifica, controllo e consuntivazione dell’esecuzione dei lavori assegnati a personale interno
- In qualità di Preposto ai lavori incaricato dal DL dovrà predisporre i Piani di Lavoro e si interfaccerà con il reparto di Esercizio d’Impianto per la consegna e messa in sicurezza di aree, apparecchiature e macchinari dell'impianto
- Assicurare la massima efficienza e disponibilità degli impianti promuovendo il continuo miglioramento dei processi e degli standard di manutenzione
- Elaborare ed analizzare P&I di impianto e dati tecnici/statistici relativi ai lavori
- Compilare e gestire la reportistica tecnica di Impianto
- Verificare i Piani di Sicurezza per i contratti di Manutenzione
- Elaborare richieste d’offerta, specifiche tecniche d'appalto e richieste di acquisto per servizi di manutenzione e fornitura ricambi necessari per il corretto funzionamento dell'impianto
- Laurea, anche triennale, in Ingegneria Elettrica, Elettronica o affini
- Conoscenza dei principi di elettrotecnica, elettronica, automazione e strumentazione industriale. Capacità di lettura e di interpretazione degli schemi elettrici unifilari e degli schemi di processo P&ID
- Dimestichezza con le tecniche di installazione degli impianti elettrici in bassa e media tensione
- Competenze base di programmazione in ambito DCS/plc
- Conoscenze informatiche di base ed uso pacchetto Office, preferibile conoscenza di SAP
- Disponibilità alla reperibilità
- Patente B, automunito/a

Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Power Supply Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Naples, Italy.

Mission
Participate to the PS&TP design and commissioning through production of deliverables, to achieve the requirements in terms of time, quality and cost imposed by the assigned projects.
Accountabilities
- Contribute to the identification and the fulfillment of the design requirements
- Contribute to the identification and resolution of the interfaces with the main subsystems (e.g. Signaling, CW, SCADA etc.)
- Contribute to issue the technical documents
- Take part to the commissioning activities of PS & TP
- Complete job on time, respecting quality standards and assigned goals. Accurately and carefully follows company official procedures to carry on and accomplish job tasks
- Understand the importance of the customer and show a positive attitude towards the customer by replying, when asked, to possible inquiries, requests, complaints.
- 3 up to 5 years of Engineering expertise
- Knowledge of the Company IMS system and related processes, organization of IMS documents, IMS feedbacks
- Knowledge of the Interface Management process, related procedures and instructions, KPIs. Capability to identify, define and address all the internal and external (civil works, authorities, etc.) technical interfaces
- Knowledge of the Design and Development processes, related procedures and instructions, KPIs
- Knowledge of the system, subsystems of a transportation system and related interactions, system architecture
- Knowledge of the basic technical concepts and the main PS&TP architecture and equipment
- Knowledge of the principles of the electrical system design
- Knowledge about the design of the L.V. Systems for the TLC, SCADA, C.W., Aux. Plants and Sign
- Knowledge about the Traction Power substation (DC, AC etc)
- Knowledge of the process of checking that Contact Line systems meet specifications and that they fulfill their intended purposes/ requirements, about factory and on site testing
- Knowledge of the process of checking that Tracion Power and Power Supply meets specifications and that it fulfills its intended purposes/ requirements, about factory and on site testing
- Knowledge of the process of checking that electrical system meets specifications and that it fulfills its intended purposes/ requirements, about factory and on site testing
- Knowledge of commissioning rules and standards also with reference to the specific project and country in order to adhere to them and induct other people involved on tests activities properly
- Knowledge of the railway environment and the related risks and rules and adhere to them in planning and executing commissioning activities.
Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or Information Technology Qualifications/ University Degree or Equivalent Technical Background.
Languages
Good English Knowledge.
