About the Role - Develop and execute a marketing strategy to expand Livoltek’s presence in Italy. Identify and build strong relationships with distributors, EPC companies, and key industry stakeholders. Drive sales, achieve revenue targets, and expand market share in the solar and EV charging sectors. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to optimize sales efforts. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients from the marketing perspective.
- Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to expand Livoltek’s presence in Italy
- Identify and build strong relationships with distributors, EPC companies, and key industry stakeholders.
- Drive marketing, achieve marketing targets, and expand market share in the solar and EV charging sectors.

Responsabilità:
- Fornirai quotazioni continue ai Portfolio Managers e ai clienti interni del gruppo Edison, supportando le attività di hedging e gestione del rischio
- Eseguirai deals (fisici/finanziari) sui mercati delle commodities energetiche (Gas, Carbon, Oil) negoziando direttamente con le controparti (OTC), tramite le piattaforme di mercato mediate dai brokers e i mercati regolamentanti (EEX/ICE)
- Assumerai posizioni attive sul mercato per ottimizzare la gestione dei flussi, monitorando quotidianamente l’esposizione dei portafogli e rispettando i limiti di rischio assegnati
- Svilupperai e implementerai strategie di trading che permettano di cogliere opportunità di ottimizzazione cross commodity anche attraverso l’utilizzo di strumenti di flessibilità e/o prodotti strutturati
- Collaborerai con il team e i colleghi interni condividendo know-how, strategie e best practice con l’obiettivo di migliorare i risultati economici di gruppo
Requisiti:
- Hai conseguito una Laurea Magistrale in Economia, Matematica, Fisica, Statistica, Ingegneria, Finanza Quantitativa
- Hai maturato almeno 3-4 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo, preferibilmente nel trading di energia o commodities
- Conosci i fondamentali dei mercati Energy (in particolare Gas), dei prodotti finanziari associati e delle strategie di analisi tecnica
- Hai buone competenza nell’utilizzo di software di analisi finanziaria (Bloomberg, LSEG Workspace,…) e del pacchetto Office, specialmente Excel per analisi quantitative
- Hai buona capacità di combinare analisi quantitativa e intuizione strategica per ottimizzare le decisioni di trading
- Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e capacità di operare efficacemente sotto pressione sono i tuoi punti di forza
- Hai ottime doti comunicative e capacità di lavorare efficacemente in team, con attitudine proattiva e motivazione allo sviluppo professionale

Reporting directly to the BU Sales Director, the chosen candidate will lead the Italian Natural Gas Sales Team. In this role, you will guide a team of Outside Sales Engineers, driving growth with existing customers, expanding into new accounts, and implementing central initiatives to strengthen customer relationships. As the Natural Gas Sales Leader, you will provide leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to ensure the team achieves outstanding results.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ **Leading & Motivating:** Lead the Outside Sales Engineers team, set clear priorities, and keep them motivated through situational leadership.
+ **Deploying Strategy:** Deploy short, medium, and long-term business objectives aligned with overall company goals.
+ **Driving Sales & Revenue Growth:** Collaborate with the Sales Director to define strategies that drive revenue and achieve business targets.

+ Technical degree, or equivalent experience

+ **Technical understanding** (ideally instrumentation and process control)
+ CRM & MS Office tools
+ Proficiency in **English and Italian language**
+ **Willingness to travel** regionally and internationally
