We are an online language school committed to delivering high-quality English language instruction to students of all ages and backgrounds. Our mission is to empower learners through personalized learning experiences using the communicative approach, focusing on fluency over accuracy, curating authentic and relevant materials, and integrating all 4 skills.

• Teach English to students mostly one-on-one or in small groups, who have been assigned to you due to your similar profiles or interests
• Develop engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to different learning needs and proficiency levels, using the communicative approach, focused on student autonomy and class personalization
• Participate in training sessions, meetings with our coordinators, and various projects
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their language skills
• Submit timely uploads of class reports to keep both your students and the school up-to-date on your lesson plans
• Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment conducive to student success

• English proficiency (C1 and above)
• Teacher training certification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent), OR Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (e.g. LETRAS)
