Overview
Event Services Venue Planner Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract) role within the Organizing Committee for Milano Cortina 2026. The Venue Planner leads venue planning and operations for a specific Games Time venue, managing a volunteer and paid staff workforce to deliver front of house operations and ensure a memorable experience for all. This role is integral to the smooth delivery of the operational plan and reports on day-to-day activities. The Venue Planner is a key member of the Event Services team and the larger Venue Event Team for event delivery and issue resolution.
Responsibilities- Be responsible for the implementation of venue Event Services operations plans for a specific venue.
- Complete and track progress of the Master Schedule items.
- Monitor progress of venue planning with a focus on risk issues.
- Manage the Event Services venue operating plans for consistency across the Games venues.
- Train, coach and mentor Event Services Deputy Venue Planners, paid staff and volunteers in the specific duties of their jobs.
- Adhere to the services levels, policies, and procedures; identify gaps, overlaps and synergies.
- Define staffing plans, strategies, and deployments across a specific venue.
- Work closely with the Event Venue Team Functional Areas key planners to ensure optimal Games Time operations.
- Apply the guidelines and legislation pertinent to spectator management activities at games venues.
- Represent Event Services at Venue Event Team meetings.
- The Venue Planner will be supported in the issues escalation process by the Cluster Manager and Event Services Central Team.

Event Services Non-Competition Lead Venue Planner Specialist (Fixed term contract) – Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026.
Responsibilities- The Event Services Non-Competition Venue Planner will predominantly work with the Event Services Ceremonies and Non-Competition Lead Venue Planner to manage the spectator experience at ceremonies venues and will also support, based on specific needs, the operational planning of other venues.
- Support the Event Services Non-Competition Venue Team in working with other Departments, within the Organizing Committee, to design the operational plans for different Non-Competition venues spread across different territories, such as Olympic and Paralympic Villages, Main Media Center, Olympic Family Hotel, etc., ensuring alignment with local regulations and/or external entities or partners such as local authorities.
- Participate in the work with the Venue Management Team or other respective management teams, guarantee the EVS presence and support and any other form of collaboration needed or that should arise based on the nature of the EVS planning.
- Build solid and collaborative relationships with other Functional Areas (FAs) to plan and deliver the EVS Non-Competition venue operations.
- Provide regular updates and, where needed, escalate operational risks and issues to the Event Services Ceremonies and Non-Competition Lead Venue Planner.
- Plan for the right type and quantities of resources needed to implement the EVS Non-Competition venue operations.
- Support the work with Master Schedule tasks related to the EVS Non-Competition venue operations plan and monitor the status of accomplishment. Track risks and issues and report to Central Management as required.
- Participate in regular Event Services update meetings both within the EVS Non-Competition Venue Team and within the larger EVS Group.
- Work in close collaboration with the Event Services Workforce team to establish the most suitable and efficient staffing allocation plan based on the available resources.
- Support both the EVS Operations and EVS Staffing/Training Teams as needed
- Represent EVS effectively and respectably at meetings as required.
- Other assignments as required during both the planning and the operational phases.

Our mission is to ensure strong detection capabilities and swift responses to cyber threats , working closely with the Security Operations Center (SOC), Cyber Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRTs), and key IT stakeholders.
We are seeking a skilled and proactive SIEM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations, development, and strategic evolution of our SIEM platforms. You will also play a key part in our transition towards a cloud-native security architecture, contributing to the modernization of our detection capabilities.
Following an initial onboarding phase, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, actively shaping detection strategies and supporting transformation initiatives across the Group.
Main tasks- Monitor and maintain SIEM platform health through daily checks and performance assessments
- Integrate new log sources in line with internal requirements and customer needs
- Administer and optimize SIEM components to ensure scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Design and implement advanced detection use cases and correlation rules aligned with Group Cybersecurity strategy
- Identify and troubleshoot log source outages, coordinating with platform owners to ensure continuity
- Collaborate with SOC teams to fine-tune detection logic and enhance alert quality

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in managing and operating SIEM platforms preferably in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, operating systems, cloud environments) and experience in integrating diverse log sources (e.g., firewalls, endpoints, cloud services, identity providers)
- Proficiency in designing and implementing detection use cases, correlation rules, and dashboards
- Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat detection methodologies
- Solid knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Familiarity with cloud-native security architectures and migration strategies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
