DUNA-Corradini S.p.A. è alla ricerca di uno/a Facility Maintenance & Energy Manager che abbia maturato almeno 6/8 anni di esperienza presso aziende manifatturiere di medio-grandi dimensioni, strutturate e tecnologicamente avanzate. La figura si occuperà di gestire e coordinare le attività di manutenzione ordinaria, preventiva e straordinaria degli impianti dello stabilimento, garantendo efficienza, rispetto di costi, tempi e standard qualitativi.
Principali responsabilità- Gestire e coordinare il personale interno ed esterno incaricato di servizi operativi, inclusi tecnici, imbianchini, fabbri, personale di pulizia, e negoziare con ditte esterne.
- Assicurare la conformità alle normative di Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente sul luogo di lavoro.
- Gestire imprevisti ed emergenze secondo i protocolli stabiliti.
- Gestire appalti e cantieri in ambito Facility, Maintenance ed Energy, coordinandosi con RSPP, Direzione e altri enti.
- In ambito Facility: pianificare risorse e gestire servizi di infrastrutture fisiche e soft services.
- In ambito Maintenance: gestire manutenzione di impianti e macchinari, aggiornare sistemi di gestione magazzino e coordinare con altri dipartimenti.
- In ambito Energy: monitorare e analizzare i consumi, proporre interventi.
- Laurea in ambito tecnico-scientifico.
- Conoscenza delle tecnologie di impianti, infrastrutture ed energia in facility di media complessità.
- Competenze in budgeting e analisi economica di progetti industriali.
- Conoscenza della legislazione in materia di Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente, in particolare D. Lgs. 81/08 e normative correlate.
- Preferibile conoscenza di metodologie di efficientamento come TPM, Six Sigma, Lean.
- Eccellenti capacità di lavoro in team e organizzative.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

The Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager is the line manager for a team of engineering technicians. They maintain the focus on safety by training, developing and coaching their team. They deliver a high level of equipment availability by ensuring all preventative maintenance is conducted and internal processes and procedures are followed.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead, support and mentor the team, ensuring they are working in a safe, standard and efficient manner.
• ork with the team and the wider network to harness the technical expertise available and build solutions.
• S pport the Reliability Engineering Manager as they work with the Site Safety department & Site Leadership to implement, record and audit safety and statutory compliance programs to provide a safe working environment for all staff.
• I plement network standards and focus on preventative maintenance to provide a high level of equipment availability to our internal customers.
• E sure sufficient technical coverage is available for the shifts they own by organizing and directing the training program for the team.
• O ganize local projects or support EU level projects as assigned by the manager.
• B prepared to work on shift to maintain a strong connection to the team and daily work.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • S gnificant practical engineering experience including a supervisory role managing people.
• M lti skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• E perience of automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation and conveyor systems.
• A ility to communicate (written & verbal) in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
• E perience of working to appropriate health & safety standards and regulations.
• S lid computer skills (MS Office, CAD).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) from an accredited university or equivalent experience.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are looking for motivated, customer-focused people who want to join our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager. The Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager is the line manager for a team of engineering technicians. They maintain the focus on safety by training, developing and coaching their team. They deliver a high level of equipment availability by ensuring all preventative maintenance is conducted and internal processes and procedures are followed.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead, support and mentor the team, ensuring they are working in a safe, standard and efficient manner.
• ork with the team and the wider network to harness the technical expertise available and build solutions.
• S pport the Reliability Engineering Manager as they work with the Site Safety department & Site Leadership to implement, record and audit safety and statutory compliance programs to provide a safe working environment for all staff.
• I plement network standards and focus on preventative maintenance to provide a high level of equipment availability to our internal customers.
• E sure sufficient technical coverage is available for the shifts they own by organizing and directing the training program for the team.
• O ganize local projects or support EU level projects as assigned by the manager.
